Anyways, what do you mean by not attack the former owner? I'm a little confused by this:

es, you can keep them as long as you don't attack the former owner they won't really care otherwise.

Also, they may unite, yes, but the Covenant can take care of themselves. =P They aren't where they are now through being nicey-nice.

What I meant was that if you take a Green Hawk colony (at the rim of it's empire mind you) they won't care, but if you attack a colony close to Green Hawk or Green Hawk itself then they will attack you. Also, while your larger last time I check Earth defeated the Covenant and they were smaller and weaker then Green Hawk. So don't count me out just yet.

Plot my friend, plot. =P

I'm basically saying it's rather difficult to defeat them, especially as their ships are high quality, with stronger shields, weapons, and the like.

Anyways, so if they take the colonies on the edge, there will be no reply, but if they start going in hard, they will attack. Makes sense.

Now, do you want me to rp me invading and grabbing up some colonies, or do you want to duke it out?

Well I'm planning out the next battle right now so the choice is up to you. Just remember that the deeper you get, for either empire, means more and more defenses, some of which can hurt you. My tech is a all realistic besides for a few things there and there so don't expect lots of lasers (there will be some though), plasma, shields, etc.

Of course. Just making it known.

Well, the thing is, I can either make a series or one big post, where I take a series of colonies and form up a powerbase to establish my invasion and give ma a launching pad into both nations.

Or we can duke it out for each one, if you want. They're your worlds.

And that brings up the question, will I be able to keep what I conquer, colonies wise? I know if I can rather deep into your nation, you wouldn't want to lose those, but colonies wise?

The ones at the rim are yours to keep once you get them, but as soon as you get deeper your going to meet more and more defenses until I start rp'ing massive fleets engaging your fleets.

Understandable.

Alright, I'll get a post up ASAP.
