Microkovljerakistan has a set of islands off its coast, like svalbard and norway, argentina and the falklands islands. as a geasture of good will to the world, Microkovljerakistan and Chairman Boke will give these islands to the country who asks for them. There will, however be more than one country after these islands, so there will be a conference with microkovljerakistan and all nations concerned on the Minchenbichadhgrad - kharakarovitch islands, MK islands for short. We would also like to take this oppertunity to express microkovljerakistan's wish to open legitimate trade links with the rest of the world. the conference will also take place on the islands. please respond quickley.

A quick word on microkovljerakistan's geography. There are five MK islands, all quite large, plus hundreds of smaller land masses. The largest, 25 miles, is not for sale, as it is the location of the microstani capitol, Bokengrad. Across the water, on the mainland, there is one big port, home of microkovljerakistan's grand kriegsmarine(navy), Traktiongrad. The other islands are mainly grassland, much like the falklands. There is one tiny fishing village on the northern most island, called Qxingngningbivkolgradistanigrad. The rest of Microkovljerakistan is forest and farmland. It rains and snows constantly but for one month of the yar, dubbed kriegenbic, when a bitter, biting wind blows up from the south pole. This is the season of war, when the armed forces recruit, nuclar weapons are tested, and most of microkovljerakistans wars occur. It is also the celebration of the revolution, and the mourning of the death of chairman boke1, AKA Big Brother. It is currently kriegenbic now.

The Imerial Koalition is deeply interested in this offer, and wishes to send a delegate to negotiate the transfer of these islands to Kroando. While we are sure that many of the other delegates and interested nations may have good intentions for the land, we are sure that none have the necessity for it that we do. Our homeland is devoid not only of all raw material, but life in general. Outside of the eight MegaCities, there exists no one. The billions of Kroandons in these cities are overcrowded, and despise life as it is. We seek additional lands to ease these living requirements.

Your buisy schedule obviously limits your contact, but I must beg your forgivness in not awaiting your first answer before asking a second question, which is this:

Assuming these islands are to be divided up, which seems to be the course this is heading (pending your nations agreement of course), uf one of the larger Islands is unavailible, can one place a bid for an archapelago of collection of islands - specifically one that is, or may be, linked by a series of bridges or causways.

If so, are there any in a generally rounded formation, that is to say, can one be obtained that, when linked, does not create a linear path but rather a web.

Finally, whilst you reported you would "give" these islands, implying a free gift of friendship, we appear to have assumed a "bidding system" will be in place. I doubt my national currency will be of value to you (and reveal our identity), though I can easily exchange to yours. My second question thus is: is there to be an exchange of goods? And if so, as an apendix to this, what goods would be acceptable?

Regardless of the answers we await responses eagerly.

You may attend the delegation, however, unless you reveal yourself, your delagate will have to be guarded by Admiral Ming of the Kriegsmarine's personal bodyguard, Ivan Ivanovich, apart from when in the confines of your hotel room. He will not be by your side, and you probabl won't notice him. This is not an insult, merely a safeguard against worst case scenarios. If you came from a nation like cynapsia, for example, who holds a grudge agains Chairman Boke the first and his family, the potential result could be disastrous. And yes, you can bid for the archipelagos.

I would like an Island big enough for a decent settlement of people, with several castles (not particularly big ones). So say, four miles in each direction, so that's 16 Sqr Miles, or a collection of Islands to the equivalent. The collection of Islands is actually preferable as I can space the castles out a fair way.

If you wish to form an alliance, this is where the problem emerges. You present a dilemma.

To the nation of Myakka, your use is not what this thread is for. I wish only to help genuinely needy nations, so that dosn't mean you. 'land fit for a prince' could be used to help the poor, half choked people of the megacities, or for agricultural use, not for someone who is rich enough to buy a large island for the vain purpose of building a mansion. I must request that you do not post here again. To the nation whose armed forces need to do wilderness training, you may train in the cold deserts to the south of my nation, providing that both our armies can train together. All concerned may name another, more convinient time for the conference to take place. And yes, my unidentified friend, I swear secrecy.

Alfegos wishes to know of the existance of a map of the land, and a description of the resources in that land.

Primarily, it would first strip the land of minerals, before replanting it and using it as agricultural land, with a port for ships to land and refuel, and an airport as a realy point for any aircraft travelling in the region.
The crops will mainly be grown in the open air, though about 16 hectares will be used for hydroponic plants, which are currently in use to alleviate any possible food shortages, and provide cheap crops.

After consulting my Board of Advisors, we have decided that training our armies together would be an excellent way to open diplomatic ties. However, we refuse to share our technology at the moment without being 'compensated'.

To grand islands, you need not share your technology with us at all! However I must say this, should you get into any wars, I swear on my nation's honour that you will have full microstani support. It would be nice if I could expect the same. And no, no map exists, especially not for stripping of minerals and natural resources.

EDIT: I'd like to use it as a territory, a residential island for Solens to have more land, in case one day the population becomes a problem.

As part of continued and increasing Combat Operations of the Vetakan Defence Forces it is becoming increasingly clearer that the VDF require additional bases of operations around the world. Currently Vetaka operates 4 Bases outside of the Vetakan Dominion as a result Vetaka wishes to purchase an island or area whereby the VDF will have the capacity to construct a Joint Military Base which will have the capacity to base Naval, Air and Ground Assets.

This base if possible will be of the size capable of supporting an entire VDF Battlegroup this being 250,000 Combat Personnel and 250-300 Naval Combat Assets some of these being Superdreadnought in size. Such a base would be self sustainable and would have as limited impact on the environment as possible. As part of the proposed bases Operations the Garrison would have the capacity and the ability to provide Search and Rescue Operations to the surrounding area. The Garrison would also uphold General and Safety & Security of the Area under the provisions set out within Vetakan Law.

Vetaka wishes to purchase land to construct a base out right with the land being Vetakan Sovereign Land and Soil however if required Vetaka is willing to rent the land from a Government, Individual or Organization.

Should Kroando need more aid we would be more than willing to provide it.
