Occasionally a tan transport or gray cargo hauler woud shoot up into the sky or roar down to land in one of the many hangers. Vanadict had two Black Guards behind her, but she was expecting no trouble. Quite the opposite, in fact. A representative from The Federal Union who had made a very lucrative offer was coming to Xiscapia, to finalize the contact terms and begin building. Vanadict had red hair, which was not uncommon among Xiscapians, but her red tail and red fox ears made her stand out, as it was a extremely rare color among Xiscapians. Her youthful appaerence made her seem much younger than her actual age, 34, and she seemed delicate and trusting. This was a wildly untrue first imperssion. Behind those innocent eyes lay a cool intelligence, a ruthless diplomatic mind capable of picking up the slightest shift of the eyes or careless comment and analyzing it for what it truely was. For these reasons she was Chief Diplomat, the highest of all Xiscapia's ambassadors. She waited silently for the TFU representative to arrive.
