Leaders of every nation in Haven and many other nations (IE: If you want to participate, go ahead) will recieve a visit by a Blub messanger. Effectively, invitations are being handed out to a huge celebration being held on Paradise Island in Blubland to celebrate the population of Blubland topping a billion.

"Greetings esteemed people. We formally invite you to Blubland to join in the celebrations for our population topping a billion Blubs. For major VIPs and world leaders, the celebrations will be held on Paradise Island. Paradise Island is a very big resort island built by Blubland with casinos, hotels, shopping malls, golf courses and all sorts of other entertainment. There will be fireworks, boat races, performances by our elite Air Force Emerald Hawks, Blubette belly dancers, fire dancers, singing, concerts by world-famous bands and many more events! Celebrations will last for the next two weeks, so pack your things and come on down."

As the primary representative for the interests of our leader Mr. Kyle Saint and the people of Kylernia is my honor to be the one to inform you that Mr. Saint will be assisting your celebration on the first and last days so he can be present at the opening and closing ceremonies.

Regretfully he will not be able to stay there for the whole celebration since we are facing some national security issues that need his constant attention but Mr. Saint considers that good relationships with your country are in the best interest of both parties.
