The Grand Imperium of Risban is breaking out of the isolationist policy it adopted during the War of Golden Succession and strengthened during the Third Risbani Civil War, once again opening its doors to world affairs and diplomacy.
Anyone wishing to exchange embassies, make agreements or pacts, requests Risbanian assistance with anything, hold a meeting with an official, or communicate in any way with the Grand Imperium may do so through this Ministry. Myles Abrahms, the Imperial High Minister for Intelligence and the National Security Advisor, has, in conjunction with Brenn McBone, Minister of Defence, and the Imperial Foreign Ministry, has decreed that the Dark Moon Army of the Ryou Black Islands shall officially be placed on the terrorist list.

The Grand Imperium of Risban hereby accepts a mutual trading alliance with your noble nation, and looks forward to good business between our countries.
After much discussion in the upper levels of the government, the Emperor and his cabinet have approved, with careful consideration, a Mutual Protection Pact/Non-Aggression Pact with Alfegos. The Imperium would note that this is a pact for mutual protection and in no way requires either party to support the other in an offensive war.

The Ryou Black Islands have been placed under full embargo by the Grand Imperium, and a joint resolution from both houses of parliament has condemned the Ryou Black Islands for their recent belligerence on the international stage.

The Grand Imperium has joined the Alliance of Economically Free Nations, and Lord William Plutus, the Minister for Finance, will represent Risban to this alliance.

We have recognised this, and upgraded all your cargo and people to immigration status "Blue" : You will only need a valid passport to enter Alfegos, and cargo will only be searched every so often.

This should help our two nations get along well.

We accept your opinion of not aiding in an offensive war, and will respect that.
