OOC: I can already see a number of problems with this design. I suggest going to the NS Draftroom (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?act=idx), where your designing peers can help fix your design.

OOC: While they make for some great RPs when a nation is on its last legs of fighting, SH Tanks are somewhat irrelevant. Bunker Buster bombs are so effective these days (and even more so in NS) that these things are nothing more than hurses on tracks.... which is why I don't have them.

OOC: Seems small to be a super-heavy tank. But that's subjective I guess. Let me go over some problems though.

Why two sets of identical guns? Both 120mm and 140mm? What use does the 120mm that the 140mm can't already do? And to that, why two guns at all? You only need one gun, having two will only increase weight by quite a bit and slightly increase firing rate, but it won't increase power. You'll only have the hitting power of a 140mm gun, all the time.

In terms of the dimensions, it's really really small. It needs to be bigger because right now it's the same size as most real modern tanks.

If that's RHAe for armour rating, then this isn't very well protected for a super-heavy tank. Designed mostly for infantry support I take it?

Your ammo is absurd. While you're the size of an Abrams, which carries ~42 rounds for it's 120mm gun, you carry 215 rounds for two 120mm guns, plus 110 rounds for the 140mm guns. With these dimensions you'll be lucky to have 32-36 rounds avalible for one 140mm gun tank with no secondary 120mm, but with the armament listed you're looking at maybe 4 140mm rounds and 6-8 120mm rounds. Maybe.

Your engine is undersized. It will make 3000 bhp, then a short while later cease up and die. Needs to be a minimum 75-80L displacement for that engine configuration and some reliability. You can get lower displacement engines with that kind of power, but not with a conventional setup like that.
