Background:

Prince Sébastien, the youngest son of King Louis II and Queen Henriette was reading the newspaper one day, reading about how Cobra Moon attacked the United States from bases in Canada and how all sorts of events, mostly ones involving death, seemed to be going on in the world. As he read, he had began to think about the world tour that Orzio's Emperor Ataxon was to go on soon (he had thought about it for many days), beginning with his beloved nation. Contemplating this for a moment, he placed the newspaper onto the table and stood up calmly. He decided he would travel around the world. Who knows what a single royal bachelor could do in the nations of this world?

Open Communique to World Nations:

In order to obtain knowledge about the multitude of nations that exist in this world and know more about the people and their leaders, I, Prince Sébastien, hope to travel throughout the world and spend time touring all sorts of nations. I am interested in seeing cultural artifacts, historical sites, the people and their leaders, basically I would like to see everything that is possible to see.
