GREAT VANTANIA DECLARES WAR ON BRITISH LONDINIUM!
Today, the Democratic Empire of Great Vantania declared war on all of the Londinian territories outside of the region of Mediterranica. The cited reason Parliament gave were "Protection of the Londinian people from themselves and those that ride Freekish coattails, allowing them to focus on other foes." And so with that, the Democratic Empire plunges once more into war with the Londinians, bent on conquest. Empress Redmark has sent a request that the Londinians surrender immediantly, so as to prolong their lifespan and spar unnecesarry bloodshed.

So, we suggest you surrender and save your men for the real foe, let us handle the populace and send the taxes to you.
