The Magisterium would like to announce a new land-for-goods program we wish to engage in with other nations.

Simply put: we are looking to buy colonies. We do not wish to fight for land, for we do not see such methods as gainful - far too many lives are lost.

We therefore seek nations who are looking to make a fast few billion/trillion USD, or those who have land they no longer wish to keep (for whatever reason), who are willing to sell significant amounts of land in order for us to continue providing the best for our economy and our citizens.

Barronia abides by terms set out in the Theeb Accords, and guarantees that no occupants of any land sold to Barronia will be displaced unless deemed unco-operative or absolutely necessary.

The islands typically have a land area of 19,620 km², although tidal and sea level changes can bring 80 km² worth of submerged reefs and undersea hills above the surface.

The permanent islands have a Tropical Wet climate, and have light forests of palms, ferns, and some teak. Breadfruit, Taro, Coconuts, a form of Cannabis, and Pineapples are currently grown on the islands, but soil research has determined that the islands can support a broader range of crops as well.

Three of the largest islands, Ono, Kabasi, and Yukos, have the proper geologic structure for city-building and sustained urban development. Their volcanic rocks contain light deposits of tungsten, selenium, obsidian, and basalt. Tilapia and other tropical fish are plentiful within the islands' territorial waters. It is suspected that a minor hydrocarbon deposit may exist in its contiguous zone.

Currently, the islands are inhabited by 528 Kiravian settlers, 298 Undinan contract labourers, and 3,822 natives. Total= 4,648

The natives call themselves the Coyolaki, and speak a language of the Maylay variety, although their appearance is that of those living in VIetnam and South China.

The islands lie safely outside of the cyclone belt, have no Cetacean inhabitants, are clear of radiocativity, and only one of the volcanoes is active. At its current level of activity, its eruptions pose no threat to a population.

We are willing to sell the islands for US$ 180 million. The price is adjustable.

All citizens on the island will be given dual citizenship if they wish it, and Kiravian citizens will have the choice of either dual citizenship, immigrant status with indefinite leave to remain, or free transport back to the nearest Kiravian territory by civilian transport.
