It was a peaceful day in upaton,a popular tourist town on the beach.
All of a sudden the winds roared,the skies darkend,and the rain came,ripping apart house after house. Suddenly,in a matter of minutes, the skies calmed,and the storm ended. But not whitout concequence.An estimated 94% of upaton was destroyed,thousands dead,and hundreds injured. the remaining citizans are asking for desaster releif from the united nations.
Whatever comes next for them, the blighted citizens of upaton can only hope for the best.

OOC: Just to let you know, the UN has very little influence in International Incidents. Most here don't act like it even exists.

The recent hurricane in Neo-paraton disturbs us greatly. We would like to offer the services of our armed forces, who will endeavor to reconstruct and rehome your citizens. If you are willing, citizens may relocate to the Barronian Overseas Territory of Barronia Vantania, visas automatically given, whilst homes are rebuilt.

They will be housed in temporary accomodation on the island - with excellent sea views.
