The Military Theocracy of Rogue Protoss, has decided to both economic, and political reasons, to start its own civilian nuclear power program, rest assured that we do not intend to design WMDs(2 expensive!), any nation that offer civilian nuclear technology shall have our gratitude. also due to a recent find in the rain forests of Ragax consisting of uranium we will be happy to sell refined version of the previously mentioned item.
