As much as we have differences with the Ryou, threatening to attack them is not exactly a positive approach. It would be unfortunate if America got stuck ended up having to defend a nation it has condemned.
America is opposed to all mercenaries because mercenaries tend not to be accountable to anyone. They are also more likely to attack civilians and violate human rights than national armies are.
The other thing we have against mercenaries is that they wrongly make profits off of the suffering of innocents.

Zackaroth would like to know what is a diffrence between a merc and a soilder? In my experiance I have seen mercs that adhere to human rights better then some soilders. And do not soilders get paid also? Granted its not very much pay, but they still do kill people so in my eyes they are killing people for money.I could go on and on but there really is no diffrence bettween the average merc and soilder besides one is owned by the goverment and the other by a private company.

OOC: Given the size of NS Earth, and the presence of numerous 'super-capitalist' nations, proclaiming that you have a monopoly on the mercenary business is somewhat... ambitious. Said mercenary corporation would have to hire virtually every combat-capable individual in your nation in order to fulfil global demand, and even then would be severely short-staffed. Simply put, on NS, there is no such thing as an international monopoly in any industry.

Tyre Air Force Base

Dozens of strategic bombers of the 'Mercenary Air Force' took off in no real order. This mission wasn't a battle for air supremacy or to see which mercenary force was strong; this mission was an attack on the Dark Moon Army's troop centers and offices. They tested Mandalorian patience, so now they would receive the full wrath of them.

International Airspace

The bombers, now taken off and over international waters, were being prepped on the targets being processed to them. E-5 Networkers followed in their trails, informing the pilots of the bombers and escorts of the estimated time of arrival, supposed enemy response, and the like. In a few hours, all hell would break loose.

The Ryous had early warning Radar that could spot enemy planes before they reached The Black Islands.

It was this that Detected the enemy planes heading for The Ryou Black Islands. SAM Missiles were ready and the Ryous soon sent 8 wings of MiG-29s against The incoming enemy Planes.

The SAM Defenses were starting to fire Long Range Kappa Anti-Aircraft Missiles against the enemy.

"Break, break!" With that command, the escorts broke off towards the enemy, leaving the bombers alone. EA-6 Prowler's and E-5 Networker's were feriously trying to jam the oncoming missiles. With the land-based targets already on their targeting computers, the bombers began dropping payloads of bombs at key SAM sites, air fields, and the like.

The fighters which flew ahead were a varied bunch consisting mainly of Whispers. F-16's flew ahead of the group, firing their AIM-120 missiles. The nice thing about them was the fact that they could be fired beyond the visual range, giving the mercenaries a chance to do some damage before the Ryous knew what hit them.

Because some works of the DMA includes Terrorism-Related, The Bredford goverment agency "Covert Two" declares DMA a terrorist group.

The enemy was not getting to win that easy. More Fighters were in The air and they were targeting all enemy Planes.

The Missiles them selves were not going to make it as Anti-Missile Defenses, such as the BAM-678 Missile, were fired once the Missile were sighted by Radar.

The Fighters that engaged the enemy Bombers used their M61A1 cannons against them. One even Targeted the Cockpit of one agains fired away.

80 Ryou Planes were Destroyed.

"Ya know, Zen, you are a genius. It might just work..." Sifting through some papers, The Mandalore found a large manilla folder labelled Colonial Armies. Opening up the folder, he soon found what he was looking for. "How about we 'loan' you 20,000 Grestonian colonials?"

5 hours later $1 trillion dollars suddenly appeared in the bank account of the Mandalor Corporation. The bank statement said the money came from a company called Corporation For World Peace.
A visit to the companies website said they had been around for 5 years and are a nonprofit that funds activities to support peace and community development programs. There was no link to the US government. The CIA had covered its tracks.

The Republic has a special mission for DMA, but it cannot be discussed here. We will message telegrams to you. This is an invasion on a country, who has been a long time enemy of ours, and needs to be taken down. But before that can be achieved, other things must be done to weaken them. Perhaps I will aid you once the operation is go.

F-16's were falling out of the sky in dozens. To an observer, the waste of equipment would look crazy, yet the plan was forming. With Ryou aircraft and missiles tearing up the bait, the bombers and superior planes could move in for the kill. Bombers were unloading atop of whatever was below them, be it a farm, SAM site, or a city, anything would do. The Whispers sped ahead of the bombers and fired another round of missiles, aiming at the enemy lead guard crafts.

Assuming that both the NEA and EP would let you position attack satellites over Nova Europa... quite a silly assumption.


And lastly, how would the Ryous know that the Maldorian government had officially become involved in the war? So far, it's just been the mercenaries and some under-the-table deals with foreign entities that Ryou would not know about. Assuming that Ryou knows that Maldorians's government is behind it is a godmode.

Top brass officials in Stevid’s international branch of the secret service had been summoned because of the developing problems around Ryou. Again this nation was causing too many sleepless nights for the Civil Service and the military but this time was much different and much more serious, this Ryou wasn’t playing bad guy and seemed to be the victim of an open attack as well as foul play behind the scenes.

Head of MI6 Sir Henry Wiltshire sat down in his chair at the briefing table in his office with several intelligence officials also in the room.

“This better be Oliver.” He said to one of the agents who was director of the intelligence services under Sir Henry, in simple terms he was the second in command of MI6.

“Shit just got real sir.” Oliver said not in tune with his usual character. “We have been monitoring the conflict between Ryou and the Maldorian supported mercenaries for a few days now and it does seem that Ryou will declare war on the Maldorians in self defence. “We intercepted a message coming out of the United States of America. Detecting the message was easy enough but it is seriously encrypted and as of yet we haven’t come close to deciphering it. They took all precautions to make sure that the message was only received and read by the recipient. We’ve got hold of the message but unless we have a source t start from it will take a while to even comprehend understanding it.”

“Theoretically it could be any nation on the planet which doesn’t help. But logically it can only be a few nations with Maldorians making top of the list. We believe that the USA is openly supporting the Maldorian government in their pro-terrorist activities. If we had evidence of this then it could potentially bring down the United States government who are known not to usual promote terrorist/mercenary activities.”

Not only would people notice the best standards of their government but there would probably be leaks in the government so that the press would speak out about it. I don’t know how the Maldorians have done it but they have suppressed all talk and public knowledge of the cash being delivered electronically. There is proof that they have collected money from an outside source, not necessarily from the USA, but there is evidence.”

Firms and companies on the international stock market native to Maldorians have had their shares fly through the roof because the investors see that there is a huge amount of money to be made in that country. How they found out I don’t know but probably in the same way we did. Not many people know Mal is significantly richer but there are tell tale signs that scream out that the Maldorians have cash to splash.”

“But there is no evidence that the USA gave them the money?”

“There is but it is in the encrypted message. Until we break that we can only assume things and we can let the USA get wind that we intercepted the message- even if they did then they’ll deny it was from them anyway, they won’t want to be implicated into funding terrorism. The United States of America

A huge street bustling with hundreds of people dress for serious business, it was about a quarter of a mile long and bore a striking resemblance to Wall Street, the giant screen on the side of one of the skyscrapers in this street with a ticker bar displaying rising and falling share prices increased the resemblance further. It practically was Wall Street and it was where the UnitedStatesOfAmerica- had all their corporations battle it out to become richer and more powerful corporations. It was a haven, a capitalist paradise, the very essence of what America stood for, it was here where the US of A got the majority of its GDP- through the massive free market it upheld.

Stevid had it too as the Stevidian Stock Exchange and was significantly larger than this ‘Wall Street’ but the business being done was essentially the same…although not quite. MI6 had been deeply disturbed by the message coming out of the USA and cracking it was going to take time, however tracing the transmission was easy unlike the recipient in this case. Their ‘CIA’ had taken every precaution to make sure that the message was not decrypted and had taken care not to give away its destination; MI6 had excelled themselves in intercepting and discovering the source of the message but that was where the success ended. It was easier to use a man in the field to infiltrate the organisation and find out where exactly the money was going. The money had been wired from a US corporation to one in Maldorians, this much was certain since the US government could not hijack their own stock exchange and fiddle with the statistics and share prices for it could bring their economy down, neither could they suppress the economical shockwaves of such a move. The CIA may have covered everything up to prevent a direct link to their government but there were signs that showed flaws in their plan. The US Corporation had a sharp fall in shares whereas a particular Maldorian corporation had a gargantuan increase by nearly two hundred eight percent. Those in the know had purchased more and more shares which in turn persuaded other investors to do the same now that the company was richer. In line with the free market rules, the healthiness of the company’s finances showed that just over one trillion dollars had been wired from an unknown corporation in the UnitedStatesOfAmerica-. There was no lead or connection between the two companies apart from a horrid fall in share prices in the US Company which still managed to remain hugely rich despite the financial vacuum cause by the transfer of one trillion dollars. The connection was slender but enough to create a decent lead for MI6 to follow.

What also gave the game away was that the companies didn’t seem to have any previous dealings and nor was their any motive for such a staggering amount of money to be transferred on whim. The majority of large dealings were done by millions and in extreme circumstances billions- but trillions would raise too many eyebrows and MI6 was sure they were not the only intelligence service on the tails of the CIA. CIA were complacent in that respect, they had transferred too much money far too quickly. However it was not yet obvious why the deal had been done, a reason for it had yet to be disclosed and it couldn’t be an excuse like “Good will” because it would be ridiculous and actually un-American/capitalist. No one ever made money by just giving away one trillion dollars. However, despite the CIA making hideous mistakes on the economic side of the plan, politically it was almost completely airtight. The US government had not been directly implicated, and neither did it seem indirectly implicated as the third party in this bizarre economics deal… at least not first.

If the Americans had set up this front corporation to do external government dealing with other nations without going through the proper channels then the company would have been set up years ago. This story checked out, but the history behind the company was torrid: Record slumps in shares with the latest economical donation making a new record and yet it continued to have mass amounts of cash to splash even through it had thrown away millions, billions, or in this case, trillions of dollars. The shareholders didn’t seem too bothered either which led MI6 to believe that they might not actually exist. The whole thing reeked of a cover up or a front for the government to commit acts of bribery or dirty acts behind the scenes. Yet there was no evidence apart from one thing. The year before the company ‘donated’ a large sum of money to a foreign company the millions. Several months later the same thing happened to another company, and so it continued with the company actually gaining money from business deals that should logically not only put them in the red, but remove them as a business all together. They were getting the money from somewhere, they couldn’t be doing it illegally either. Admittedly drugs carried that kind of price tag but not in the sums being thrown around by the company- it had to be a private donation but it couldn’t come from one person, it would have to come from thousands of multi-million/billionaires. These sorts of shareholders actually had no interest in the company because the shares were not being sold or bought as often as they should have.

It was a possible option but not the easiest or the most logical. The only other economic body with that sort of money and that could hand it over to a company (if of course it wasn’t just a front and made up) was the UnitedStatesOfAmerica- Government. In this aspect the finger lay solely on the US Government although concrete evidence was non-existent, only a theory which seemed plausible and happened to hit the facts in every conceivable way. But for it to become concrete there had to be documentation and it had to found which was where MI6 came in. An ordinary man he seemed, a good businessman and extremely wealthy with one or two British ties and Stevidian relations. He had lived in the UnitedStatesOfAmerica- for nearly twenty years and had a good track record with the law and government, not to mention is business and economical acumen. He was one of the wealthiest men working in the Corporation For World Peace had had done so for several months, the magic behind this company was too good to miss out and he had been posted there by MI6 to keep tabs on it- now he was finally in the right place at the right time. He was not too good to be true- MI6 did not recruit such people because they would always be seen as potential agents. This man was below the radar and wearing a stealth suit, practically invisible to the US government not because he kept his head low but because he was no out of the ordinary, he was your basic ‘well-to-do’ simpleton. Jack Brian was the man’s name, tall, well built and in his early thirties and was a member of the Stevidian Secret Service and had been for the past eight years but his track record in Stevid was completely clean and his history in Stevid was also clean. The US government had no reason to suspect him, so when he went into work that day for the Corporation For World Peace he was only greeted by his friends, co-workers and line managers. He was just an ordinary guy who was about to have an extraordinary day.

The slump in shares did not shock him in the slightest, he had been briefed by a fellow agent (who worked in the guise as his best mate- the story checked out as they had actually been friends for nearly twenty-six years) about the theory behind the company. Come to that, no one was bothered by the crazy fall in shares because some how the company always came through with more money than before the shares crash. He had to find out why.

As a line manager himself in the company (but only recently promoted) he had access to restricted material but finding out where all the money was coming from required some digging in the central mainframe or hard drives of the computers belonging to top management. It wouldn’t be easy but not impossible and as a trusted employee it would raise too much suspicion, but no doubt the company was being watch by the US government- Jack would have one chance, maybe two before the CIA fell down on him like a ton of bricks, to get the information and transmit it to Stevid. Afterwards he would probably have to leave the country and remain up full protection in Stevid… but that was for another day, the job had to be done there and then and he wasted no time.

Jack did with all the formalities with his co-workers and set about trying to find out the location of the records that would show just who was supplying the company with money and everything was recorded. The slightest thing relating the US government to the money would be all the evidence he needed. He began to dig within his own restricted access, this would raise a single eyebrow since he was cleared for this. If e found nothing he would dig deeper still in the unclassified stuff before breaking into offices and copying hard disks to find the info. Where ever the information was, it was definitely in the corporate building and it would be found one way or another. Whether he could do it and get out of the country alive afterwards and without implicated Stevidian involvement was a different and stupidly difficult matter.

But first thing was first, find the data and transmit it. All other concerns were secondary until the primary objective was complete. In the event that he failed then the Stevidians had another trick up their sleeves learnt in during the Golden War of Succession.

The CIA knew other agencies would attempt to track and decrypt their messages. They also knew that giving too big a sum of money to one of their front corporations would attract attention. They also knew suspicions would be raised if the money suddenly appeared in companies which practically did no trading. So to throw off foriegn inquirers, as they were called, a fake electronic transaction was made to one company while funds were actually deposited in another. A company in Maldoria recieved the fake electronic transaction while several other Maldorian companies recieved the real funds. In total, 450 front companies in the US were involved. Fake reciepts for products and services were created to throw off foriegn intelligence agents.
But those agents would likely be thrown off by the apparently huge transaction of 1 trillion US dollars from the US company, Hackers R Us, to the Maldorian company.

The Maldorians didn't know that The Ryous were not fools and were not going to let The Invasion Fleet in to Ryou Waters. if The Dumb Maldorians had any Ideas of what was coming, They would have Forgot their Invasion and just try a Price War against the Dark Moon Mercs.

tons of MiG-29s were soon takeing off, along with Bombers of many types, all heading for the enemy Invasion Fleet. All of these were Long Range and they were Armed with Anti-Shipping Missiles and Bombs.

In International Waters, The enemy Fleet was being hunted, 20 Submarines were closeing in, but they had something, a SONAR Jammer, to make it very hard for any of the enemy ships to find the subs. These were not going to fire their Torpedoes, at lest not yet. The Subs were soon releseing one weapon, the same weapon that was used once in war, against Fordock. This was The Remora, a Un-manned Sub full of High-Exploives that were used against The Week Spot of any warship, The Under belly.

The Remoras were released and soon were guided to The enemy Carriers, on Sonar, they looked like a School of Dolphins or fish. The Remoras soon got under the carriers and attached to the underbelly of the ships, on The subs, the Remora Controlers soon set the Remoras off.

SCENE: Hotel Kelgrand, Shaz City, Shazbotdom
"MOVE, MOVE, MOVE," Sergent Henderson yelled through the microphone built into his helmet as his group of 5 'Black Ops' Marines broke down a door and stormed into a room in the hotel. They were lucky, they caught the three people from TRBI while they were watching TV via the Satelite. They spoke in a language that was unfamiliar to the Marines, but they knew by that language that they were from TRBI.

"Hand on your head. On the ground. DO IT. DO IT!" Sergent Henderson yelled to them with his XR-03 Sub-Machine Gun drawn. As he stood there the three people didn't do what they were told and three of the Marines walked over, grabbed them and threw them to the ground. They were then tied with zip ties and picked up off of the ground and escorted out of the room. Downstairs there was a group of the same type of people from TRBI sitting in the lobby, tied up with a group of 'Black Ops' Marines standing nearby.

It is the immediate rounding up and deporation of any and all people's believed to be a member of The Dark Moon Army, and those Foreign Nationals from The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands. They will be deported to a location that will then be given to The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands for immediate extraction of these Foreign Nationals.


As of this point forward until we feel that they are no longer a threat to our National Defence, any and all people from The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands are herby banned from entering The Shazbotdom Empire. After these deporations are complete, any and all Foreign Nationals from The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands found inside of our National Boundries will be subject to the laws of the Shazbotdom Empire and will be arrested as Militants and Spies and will be tried in a court under Shazbotdom Law.

All across Shazbotdom raids were under way. Hotels were being ransacked by Shazbotdom Marine Corps Black Ops troops...

SCENE: Hotel Kelgrand, Shaz City, Shazbotdom
"MOVE, MOVE, MOVE," Sergent Henderson yelled through the microphone built into his helmet as his group of 5 'Black Ops' Marines broke down a door and stormed into a room in the hotel. They were lucky, they caught the three people from TRBI while they were watching TV via the Satelite. They spoke in a language that was unfamiliar to the Marines, but they knew by that language that they were from TRBI.

"Hand on your head. On the ground. DO IT. DO IT!" Sergent Henderson yelled to them with his XR-03 Sub-Machine Gun drawn. As he stood there the three people didn't do what they were told and three of the Marines walked over, grabbed them and threw them to the ground. They were then tied with zip ties and picked up off of the ground and escorted out of the room. Downstairs there was a group of the same type of people from TRBI sitting in the lobby, tied up with a group of 'Black Ops' Marines standing nearby.

George was looking out the window at the many aircraft that were currently circling the city. All of the The Ryou Black Islands Nationals had been assembled and brought to the capital. The reason for this was unknown to anyone but George A. Loak. He has a disgust for TRBI for a long time, ever since their arrogant ways began to surface. He was sick and disgusted with people who think that with the support of a large nation, they can do wahtever they wanted and TRBI was no different.

He reached back and pushed a small button on his desk, on the other end was his secretary.

"Get the news stations. I want them to meet at the Imperial Palace Courtyard. Were going to have ourselves a show."

He pushed the button again, shutting off the intercom. Today would be a glorious day.

The news media had arrived 10 minutes ago and was all set up. On the balcony above the courtyard, the Supreme Emperor's podium was set up. There were dozens, if not hundreds of small speakers scattered throughout the courtyard on light poles. These speakers were no smaller than 1" long by 1" wide by 1" deep, but had the sound power that could make the speach heard through all sections of the Courtyard.

All the sudden there is a sound. Then as people looked back, dozens of buses began to approach the courtyard and also dozens of WH-01 "Street" and WH-03 "Troop Transport" Warthogs also began to pull up. Marines began to pile out of the WH-03's and encircle an area, moving the WH-01's to a position near the same area. Then the speakers kicked on and people looked up. The Supreme Emperor walked out onto the balcony...

Ryou Government Nationalizes DMA.

Today, Premeir Rei Nakagishima has Nationalized The Dark Moon Army (DMA) to make sure that The Maldorians would stop their stupid war on Civilization and Freedom.

"The Maldorian Fleet is never going to Invade now, " Said Premeir Rei, "Their Reason for Invasion is gone now, they have no reason."

The Nationalization of The DMA also makes it gone, it is now known as the Ryou People's Protection Force.

"The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands has launched Nuclear, Chemical and Biological weaponry against The Tyranical Mandalorian Empire of Maldorians. This cannot be tollerated at all. Using these types of weapons as a first strike option is intollerable. Therefore I have authorized that all Ryou's be deported. Although there is something troubling in the world today too. Ryou's have formed a terrorist organization. These buses you see behidn you," motioning behind them, "Is full of suspected terrorists from The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands."

The doors opened up and several dozen Ryou men walked out of them and were escorted in the middle of the circle of marines.

"These terrorists are suspected with helping plan terrorist attacks. Therefore we will make an example of them. They will be taken out in a manner that all terrorists should be."

He makes a motion to the marines in the WH-01 Warthogs.

"Men. Ready your weapons."

He lifts his arm up.

"Aim."

He then drops his arm quickly.

"FIRE!"

With that, gunfure is heard from the warhogs as almost 60 men dropped dead from multple GSW's.

"We here in the Shazbotdom Empire will not tollerate terrorists in our nation. And this is what happens to terrorists within the Shazbotdom Empire. And this is a memo that goes out to The People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands. If any of your people are found, especially those associated with The Dark Moon Army, will be summarily executed here in this exact same spot."

The Supreme Emperor then turned around and walked back into the building when there was another burst of gunfire killed another 60 Ryou's...

Red Square, Vladistov, Stoklomolvi

A bunch of Ryou nationals were gathered at the Red Square, having been detected discussing about a "postman". Government phone taps and internet logs tracked down ten civilians, who were logged into the government directories as from the Ryou Black Islands. One bombing occurred one week earlier, and although in reality it had nothing to do with the Ryou the government decided to execute them anyway. The ten nationals, clad with grey and drab clothing, were lined up, and twelve Imperial Guardsmen lined up using MN-32A4 Bolt-action Rifles. A sergeant walked by.

"AIM!"

The men shouldered their weapons. The bearded man in the centre started yelling, for seemingly no reason.

"Ride, postman, ride! You hear me? I said RIDE!"

"FIRE!"

The Imperial Guardsmen fired one salvo of 7.62x54R ammunition into the civilians, and all of the civilians crumpled over. The rest of the Stoklomolvi civilians solemnly looked on, and three women and two men, presumable related to the recently deceased, ran over to the dead bodies. The Imperial Guardsmen marched away.

The Maldorians didn't know that The Ryous were not fools and were not going to let The Invasion Fleet in to Ryou Waters. if The Dumb Maldorians had any Ideas of what was coming, They would have Forgot their Invasion and just try a Price War against the Dark Moon Mercs.

tons of MiG-29s were soon takeing off, along with Bombers of many types, all heading for the enemy Invasion Fleet. All of these were Long Range and they were Armed with Anti-Shipping Missiles and Bombs.

In International Waters, The enemy Fleet was being hunted, 20 Submarines were closeing in, but they had something, a SONAR Jammer, to make it very hard for any of the enemy ships to find the subs. These were not going to fire their Torpedoes, at lest not yet. The Subs were soon releseing one weapon, the same weapon that was used once in war, against Fordock. This was The Remora, a Un-manned Sub full of High-Exploives that were used against The Week Spot of any warship, The Under belly.

The Remoras were released and soon were guided to The enemy Carriers, on Sonar, they looked like a School of Dolphins or fish. The Remoras soon got under the carriers and attached to the underbelly of the ships, on The subs, the Remora Controlers soon set the Remoras off.

Without a second thought, the message was relayed to the other vessels, which were now firing from their Mark 13 missile launchers. Various fighters were aired to counter the enemy craft.

The jammers are not perfect, you know, some missiles are going to get past them.

Hello. Our group, a very succesfull mercenary company, has recently heard about your new mercenary group. This cannot work, you see. Now, you have two options, A) We absorb your group, giving us your assets, etc yet keeping your jobs as mercenaries. We will, however, change your board of directors and exectutives. After watching the events unfold more, we feel that those Government Official in charge of Epsilon Halo need to learn what 'Corporate Propoganda' truly is. A Corporation can say that it is the only one of it's kind and that it holds a Monopoly in a certain field when such is not true.

Yes the Maldorian Mercenary Corp states that they hold a Monopoly, but there are other Mercenary groups out there.

If you continue to go on your warpath and try to assault the Maldorian Homeland due to what one Corporation within their boarders says, then, even though we have not seen eye to eye with the Maldorian people, it will be considered a violation of their National Soverignty by the Shazbotdom Empire and we will move to defend them.

We will give your Government Officials, who we feel are suffering from Schizophrenia, 24 hours to retract their hostile message before we make any further decisions.

I do have a ASAT battery that can snipe the ISS if it needed to. Also, I have Aegis anti-nuke cruisers like the ones Japan has.

An MDS is a foam-gun-thingy, nothing to stop plutonium. It's meant to stop humans, not 40-ton missiles.

IC: The Spearhead missile batteries aimed at the night sky, toward what Shabotzdom called "MDS". The Angel-II ASAT aircraft took off, each bearing 2 Tomahawk-size antisatellite missiles, launched at 55 miles high.

The nuclear weapons were aimed at Shabotzdomic nuclear silos, at the intent that each mushroom cloud will trigger two more.

At 7:00 PM, SNSC came through with a difficult decision: execute the Shock Plan, the details of which were classified. The batteries, the Angels, and the silos let loose with everything they had....
