New Washington City

The rebellion began, communists had taken over the government in minutes. In a few days, communists began putting up communist flags all over the country. In the east, on the border of Greal, Zamperian Communists closed down the border to avoid letting and Democratics escape in Greal, all highways to fellow Sons of Lenin members were closed. The Communist army one night fired on a school killing 500 kids and teachers, this caused the begining of a civil war.

General Ivan took over the Zamperian army last week before the country fell to communists, later his men fired on the school due to information that rebels were hiding in the school, (Which was quickly proved false.). The communsist began putting better weapons into the hands of the army.

The Pro-Democratic rebels had just begun to fight back...

Rebels were horrifed to learn that the town of Kursk was wiped out by napalm bombs, 6000 children and women died in the bombing. The rebels vowed to get rid of every communist in Zamper.

The Lyov Bacherikov and its squadron, still in the area from the whole Blackhelm Confederacy scare, simply raised a proverbial eyebrow. It, along with the battalion that had been dispatched to train Zamperi troops, were instructed by the Adygean federal government to, with all speed, squash the communists. They passed along this intent with a single joint radiotelephone communication, which ran thus and so:

'Privet, Gospodin Lower. Would you like help?'

The sea was cut around the hulls of the 3 ships gliding peacefully over the sea. These were the APS Phoebos, Deimos and Metus, Grand Cruisers of the Alfegos Fleet.
Each was armed with 2 16 inch gun turrets, but these were not as powerful by the 2 tomahawk missile-launching ramps to the rear.
Each was surrounded by a swarm of torpedo boats, acting as a screen for defence, while behind them were two air carriers, each with an onboard compliment of 20 ARES-N Multirole Fighter-bombers.

Soon, they in the naval borders of Zamper. The onboard RADAR on each ship picked up every ship in the area.

The guns were brought to bear, and fired.

The Greal Border

The Greal troops swarmed unto the border, the border now was officially closed, no rebel could escape. Then a Greal army of 190,000 marched into Zamper to support the government. Fighters flew over them for any rebel fighters.

New Luxembourg, Protected State of Sparta

Sparta, a long time protected state (protected by Theoroshia, of course) was mobilizing to go to war. Perhaps one of Theoroshia's most brilliant moves, Spartan citizens were descended from the ancient Greek Spartan's themselves. They still held onto most of the customs of their ancestors, and today, they were a superb military force.

Of course, communism was a sore subject these days. While the Theoroshian Empire, and her protectorates, were democratic socialists, they still viewed pure communism as a farse. And so, in keeping with it's tradition of squashing these things before they started, one Spartan legion were being sent to Zamper. One legions of Spartan hoplites, as they still called them, were being sent to Zamper. Although a full legion consisted of two million men, only half of that was being sent. Five hundred thousand men and 250,000 tanks, howitzers, and infantry fighting vehicles were being sent to Zamper's in the boats of the Ethorian Navy (another protected state).

One of the aircraft carriers made ready and launched its compliment of onboard planes. They were soon screaming over the sea, with payloads of smartbombs and guided missiles.

As they hit the coast, their intelligent electronic warfare sensors quickly made calculations ot traingulate the point of every RADAR platform in the area, followed by an NIF scan for any metal objects on the coast.

Missiles and bombs screamed off, all guided towards their targets.

25 Colstream Air Force B52s swarmed over the Alfregos ships as they flew towards a known communist rebel airfield scouted earlier in the day by Hornet 2 Scout Planes. They followed the missiles paths as they exploded in and around the airfield. The Bomb Bay doors open and the lead plane drops it load of 5 4000lb "Super Earthquake" Bombs which is mirrored by the others in the formation. 125 bombs explode cratering the runway, destroying several hangers untouched by the missiles. Also the main building is hit sending flames shooting into the air. The airfield already devastated by the Alfregos strike is turned into a wasteland which seems to have no person left alive.

After the strategic strike, 10 torpedo boats broke off of the formation, and streamed inwards towards the shore. They had a simpler task: to destroy enemy shipping and slowly secure the coast.

As the other planes returned, the second carrier launched its compliment of planes, each armed now with AT weapons to attack the enemy vehicles in the area.

Greal fighters began blasting Democratic rebel positions with cruise missiles. Greal troops moved deeper into the country.

OOC: There is no way you can have 1 billion troops

Cripistan immediatley sent Naval Force 2 to Zamper. They sent 8 destroyers, 2 Aircraft carriers, and 4 Cruise ships. Along with the fleet, an additional 150,000 troops to help squash the rebels. 125,000 of the troops were armed with the AKS-74 assault rifles. The others were equipped with sniper SRS-25 sniper rifles and Rocket launchers. They were expected to arrive in 2 days.

The communists have dropped Napalm bombs on New Washington City after Democratic troops entered the city. hundreds of thousands of people died. Communsits bombers began firebombing a Democratic-ocupied city. As of today, communits have managed to seize the advantage of air superiority. Democratic fighters numbering 300 ran into a group of communist fighters numbering 600. The battle was short, and the Democratic swere driven off.

The war might end soon if the Democratic nations don't send more help soon. The Communist government had air power in Zamper.

The communists may have had air power, but they hadn't yet even attacked the Alfegos navy planes, which continued to fly over the mainland, letting bombs rip up runways and missiles take out enemy tanks and planes.

The planes flying the next sortie dived down low over the ground, before loosing many missiles onto the enemy airfield, that had little time to respond before the missiles hit the enemy buildings and hangers, and ripped gouges in the RADAR dish and runway.

The communists have been waiting for the Alfegon aircraft to go deep into Zamperian land, now 500 fighters arrived and fired missiles at the enemy aircraft, and other Zamperian aircraft were still bombing the Democratic towns, killing hundreds of thousands.

The planes, faced with the incoming attack, broke off and wheeled back round to where the carriers were. Once they were 30 miles aay, the ships began to launch SAM missiles at the fighters. Some were just single warheads. The other missiles were armed with cluster warheads, that threw hundreds of bomblets into a formation, ripping it to shreds.

These were follwed by the thuds of the BOFORS guns, which filled the sky with thick shrapnel.

The other carrier launched its compliment of 20 multirole fighters, each launching off its payload of missiles before wheeling around and diving into the enemy sqaudrons.

Zamperian fighters aimed anti-ship missiles at the carriers and fired 1000 of them heading toward the fleet. Then the Zamperian air fleet flew off at a fast speed, with communist SAM batteries covering them.



OOC: My losses are 80 aircraft, what about you?

(where did you get that many missiles fitted into planes? How did they know that they were against ships?)

8 of the Alfegan planes had been shot down burning. As the missiles closed in on the ships, the crew men dived inside and locked the doors, as the ships let loose an EMP from the flux compression devices on deck. The pulse had no effect on the ship, with internally, concealed faraday cages,yet was catastrophic against the electronics on the enemy missiles.

The missiles fell limply into the sea, no dmaage having been done. Many of the fighters were hit and had to be ejected, but the net result was beneficial to the ships.

The crew came back on deck, and continued to man ther batteries shooting at the enemy planes that had survived the EMP.

OOC: each Zamperian aircraft is armed with 2 missiles of each kind. And I fired missiles at your aircraft after you attacked the radar station, what's the losses?

Miles away...

The Communist 3rd Zamperian task force had orders to attack the fleet. The task force had superdreadnoughts, battleships, the latest techonolgy. Communist Submarines were in silent mode, but they moved slightly also.

After the strategic strike, 10 torpedo boats broke off of the formation, and streamed inwards towards the shore. They had a simpler task: to destroy enemy shipping and slowly secure the coast.



20 Zamperian Torpedo boats sighted the enemy torpedo boats, surprised but ready, the boats fired their Torpedos at the enemy boats.

In a desperate attack against the communist there, 340,000 Democratic troops, the backbone of the Democratics, attacked the city, the communists held off the attack with surprising energy. Again air power managed to save the communists when Napalm bombs were dropped on Democratic troop formations killing thousands. Communists used their SOL T-62 tanks and overran the rest of the Democratic army. The burning of Zamper continued.

On the HQ of B.C.D.N.A (Bredford Covert Defence and Intelligence Agency)-

"Sir, there is a war on Zamper.."

William Ravenna managed a huge, and influental company. their revenue was almost %15 of Bredford's GDP, and they had their own secret agency.
this had led to a cold war between B.C.D.N.A and C.N.I.G.A (Commonwealth National Intelligence Gathering Agency), the national intelligence agency in Bredford, as the B.C.D.N.A also performed an attack on several international organizations, most of them communist.

"It is obvious, John, that we support the side fighting the communists.. if there are any.." William said slowly "Are there communists on Zamper, John?"

"Yes, Mr. William."

"Good... you remember the missile we bought?"

"Sir, do you mean the peacekeeper?" John was terrified, his master never used a nuclear weapon on nation before.

"Yes, but with convential warhead. i want you to find the most important communist city in Zamper, and.. well, you know the rest."

"Yes, Mr. William."

"So why are you still standing here? go away!" he shouted.

After twenty minutes, a peacekeeper missile was launched to a communist city in Zamper named XXXXX (give me a map, please).

OOC: Is there any reason why these so-called "communists" are behaving in this way? :rolleyes: What precisely are their aims? What's the rationale behind their methods? Apparently they're not trying to set up a communist society, to ensure full employment, access to health care, education and so on, so what makes them "communist"? What's their alleged doctrine? What do they intend to do if they get into power?
Edit: Oh yes, and who are they? Who's leading them? Who are their rank-and-file - ordinary workers? Why have people joined them, making them so strong? You need to clarify a few things if you want to be credible.

A Beatusain BAC-15 Úlfaldi landed on a road near the Democratic Army's camp. 200 Holy Beatusian Army (HBA) solders secured the position while 2 were sent to the Democratic Army's camp to get people to help unload the plane. The soilders set up 10 MG22 Machine Guns around the plane, fortified with sandbags, and the Holy Beatusian Air Force(HBAF) was providing air cover in the form of 15 BAC-23 Rostungur interceptor planes.

What are our orders?

20 MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers armed with 2 4000lb "Super Earthquake" bombs that were used in the Strategic Strike and 10 MIGS armed with 2 500lb bombs flew over New Washington. The Fighter Bombers dived from 10,000 feet and dropped their cargo onto Communist Tanks outside the city smashing 65 SOL T62 tanks and cratering several roads. The MIGs dropped from 12,000 feet and dropped their bombs onto the main troop displacement point killing and injuring countless troops and wrecking several jeeps and light armoured APCs.

The Colstream Army soldiers wanted to get into combat sooner rather than later. They were waiting for orders but wanted to help retake New Washington and ease pressure on the government.

One hour after the first attack, the Colstream Air Force came back. This time, a formation of 800 Planes entered the skies above New Washington. This comprised of mostly MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers and the new MK3 Vulture Fighter. They dived in smale groups strafing the roads and rail junction crippling trains and destroying light skinned vehicles and wrecking bridges completely destroying 3 railway bridges and causing a train on one to derail and block the tracks. The Fighter Bombers then dived over it hitting it with bombs sending it up in flames amd spreading destruction through enemy fighter formations that tried to intercept sending 178 communist fighters crashing to the ground and strafing the nearby communist airfields gaining air superiority for now.

The Cripistan fleet. along with transports had now enetered Zamper. They entered the first city they saw with a communsit flag. They had never met anybody from Zamper before. General Marquis approached multiple people asking" Who's in charge? We need to know, I have 150,000 standing around, and we need orders."

The Patrolling MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers Obseved the Cripistan Fleet and Transports entering New Washington Harbour. The Pilot in the lead plane suddenly speaks on his radio. "Base 1 this is Blue Leader. We have a Cripistan Fleet and Transports in the harbour. Request Permission to sink the Transports." He waited to see if he was allowed. Two minutes later the reply came back. "No, Blue Leader, i want you to report what you have seen back at base." " OK Base 1, returning to Base." The Leader swung his plane round with the others following suit. They were the right height to be touched by any type of small arms but they were left alone.

Meanwhile in the outskirts of New Washington, it was chaos. The 2 airstrikes had left roads cratered and there had been a number of building collapses but because of the communist presence in the city, there were no civilians to worry about. There were a lot soldiers though- EASY TARGETS.

Meanwhile 2 miles outside New Washington....
The Colstream Artillery had set up their 110mm Light Guns and 150mm long Howitzers. " FIRE!!" screamed a Officer through his radio. The First gun opened up with a terrific explosion. Then other guns opened up and then came the first hits inside the city.

Inside the city there was devastation. This time there had been communist soldiers on the streets dealing with the bombing raids that happened earlier. Observers in Scout Aircraft watch them run for cover as the shell land near them causing more damage to property and causing more confusion. The Colstream Army's decision was too start shelling the city but not engage in combat at the moment. Suddenly 20 240mm SPM ( Self Propelled Mortar) M1975 (2S4) drive up to their postions elevate their barrels and start shelling further into the city which had been for the moment relatively untouched by shelling or bombing.

The soldiers heard the bombs and missles going off outside of New Washington. They had sent a fleet of planes to lanch missles at the artillery and any soldiers near it. Each plane was armed with 2 missles, one launcing deck on each side.

A Highway some where in Zamper

The Beatusian troops were on high alert. They new that highway was well used by the communists. So when someone shouted, "communist forces, spotted southwest. Shall we fire, sir," asked the same soldier.
"No, no one fire, we have been given strict orders not to fire unless fired," but that was as far as the officer got, because a tank round exploded 100 meters off the highway. "Open fire, open fire," he shouted. Gunfire split the air as the heavy .50 machine guns opened up on the enemy convoy. The AP rounds cut through the enemy tank armor like hot knife through butter. "You two get over here and get this plane unloaded now, we can't wait." The two men began unloading the 30,000 firearms, plus ammo.

THe troops had now began to move. Some set up in tanks, jeeps, and other armored vehicles. The reainder walked. The planes continued to fly around scouting for other forces. The planes came to a highway where a convoy was firing. " This is AF-12 we have action here, permission to fire?" " Go ahead AF-12". The group of planes sent missles rocketing towards the convoy.

The soldiers we very confused, strange planes just appeared and launched missiles on the communist convoy. The planes bore the markings of the Cripistan, Air Force. The BAC-23 Rostungurs providing air cover radioed the apparently Cripistan planes that they must turn back now or be attacked.

The torpedo boats detected the incoming torpedos easily, showing up on the underslung radar units. They let off a volley of their own, before turning back towards the main group, firing off shots from their ondeck 40 mm BOFORS guns before returning back to the main group.

The entire fleet was now moving back towards the Alfegos homeland. Anything that followed would have problems: they had let drop hundreds of mines and had left targeting buoys if the ships did get through: to allow tomahawk missiles onboard to be launched at the enemy ships from massive range.

There were only 22 planes now, ten having been destroyed on the mainland attack.

The soldiers heard the bombs and missles going off outside of New Washington. They had sent a fleet of planes to lanch missles at the artillery and any soldiers near it. Each plane was armed with 2 missles, one launcing deck on each side.

The MIGs and Vulture Fighters Saw what was coming and reacted. 50 MIGs and 30 MK3 Vulture Fighters attacked the incoming fighters using what tactics they had used in previous civil wars that they fought in. They tore into the formation attacking any aircraft that had no Colstream Flag on it. They were where they belonged, back in the action.

Meanwhile 150 aircraft looking for communist forces saw the Cripistan Army moving. The formation split into 2. The 125 Fighters attacked the Fighter cover while the 25 MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers went after the convoy.
The Fighter Bombers suddenly dived to low level and started to strafe the convoy with their bombs and rockets while the Fighters dealt with the enemy fighters. Once the Fighter Bombers had dispensed their bombs, they helped deal with the fighter cover so it would be easier for other aircraft that were coming to attack the convoy.

ooc: spartans didnt have legions the greeks had phalanx the romans used legions. so unless you used roman customs 2 ure wrong lol (sorry im a history buff)

The Principality of fson would like to help by sending their special forces units Groznj 1 and 2. each compirsing of 100 men equal in training and quality to the sas. To disrupt the commusits supplys leader ship ect. we would also like to send our 13th legion of the imperial guard to help, aswell we will send a struggling battilion of the 4th army for a tour of duty.

The troops manned the XMIM-115A's, an anti-aircraft vehicle that has a .50 caliber MM and 4 anti-aircraft missles, and fired at the attackers. 2,000 Cripistanian soldiers were killed, and 5,000 were injured in the bombings.

We had 127 soldiers killed and 250 injured as most of the missiles aimed at the artillery were fired blindly through our smokescreen we managed to make before your planes arrrived. We captured 18 of your pilots which are now POWs. We also lost 5 110mm Light Guns.

More Aircraft appeared over the convoy. With the convoy stopped in confusion the 10 B52s that were not seen because of the Fighters dropped their stack of 20 2000lb bombs into the already shattered convoy. This was to help Beatusian troops break into New Washington.

The Colstream Government is willing to negotiate the release of these pilots IF your forces don't ever try to pull a stunt like that again. We have those aircraft you saw plus over 500 in reserve on another 2 aircraft carriers that have just arrived. We have air superiority now and we could probally attack your fleet sitting in the habour easily using Exocet and Hammerhead Anti Ship missiles and 4000lb "Super Earthquake " Bombs. I am very sorrry that we engaged each other but our aircraft was only observing your fleet and had orders not to engage any foreign forces. If you pull an attack like that again i will have no choice but to start an all out assault on New Washington Harbour with the 12 divisions i have plus the 18 that is in reserve waiting to come ashore. If you keep persisting in pushing your forces away from the harbour you will run into us which won't be good as the Colstream Army will then try to break into the habour overwhelming your fleet and transports adding more POWs to negotiate for and also heavy loss of life on both sides. Do you want that???

Did you know i was firing on a communist held city? You shouldn't have attacked me in the first place. What a stupid loss of life for both sides. That will give the rebels a psychological edge over us now....

A Highway some where in Zamper

The Cripistan planes failed to respond. The 15 BAC-23 Rostungurs dived down at them from above firing at them with they're 0.79-in (20-mm) cannons.

Meanwhile on the ground the large cargo plane was finally unloaded. The soldiers cleared the highway in front of the plane as its massive engines fired up and began rolling down the highway. Within a minute it was airborne and on its way back to the Beatus. The soldiers had to remain and guard the weapons though. "Where are those guys with the locals," shouted an officer.

The 12 Divisions were on the move. They were heading to retake New Washington for the Democratic Government. The Generals thought that it was taking too long to wait for orders and had ordered them to attack the communists in the city and drive them out using Air Support and their armour. They had an edge over us over the incident between the Republic Of Colstream's and Cripistan's forces. Battle was nearly here........

The ships were out in international waters now, far away from threats. Another method of attack would have to be used against the communists...

The Spearhead of the attack reached the suburbs of New Washington. The bombing and shelling had caused heavy casualties and several wrecked APCs were laid on the footpaths and some had even been thrown through windows of shops by heavy explosions. SOL T60 tanks lay wrecked and burning with the smell of burning flesh and fuel adding to the scene. No fire had been taken but the tanks, mainly T90 MBTs moved slowly down the streets. T80 MBTs also made up the spearhead as they were the best armoured of the tanks. BMP-2 IFVs and BMP-3 IFVs carrying the 17th Regiment of the 21st Division moved behind with the 34th Division consisting of its Shock Troops element on foot moving with them. The other spearhead made up of mainly Type 90 APCs had moved the quickest taking the suburbs without any resistance. Colstream Air Force Eagle Attack Helicopters had cover of the air providing support on fixed positions and MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers and MIG-29 Fulcrum Fighters had the job of protecting the forces advancing.

"I think I figured out where we are," replied the soldier.

"It appears this is one of the main highways out of New Washington City."

The crews aboard the vessels comprising the First Naval Squadron watched the Alfegosian and Greali engine trails pass by their loitering ships, and felt as if they were being rebuffed by the Zamperians. How could Zamper allow these soldiers to aid them, but not the Adygeans? Granted, Adygea did not border Zamper, as Greal and Alfegos did, but they had nonetheless stretched out a generous hand. On the other side of the coin, the Beatusians occupied much the same geopolitical situation vis-à-vis Zamper, and had nonetheless been allowed to land.

It was largely impossible for the Adygeans to comprehend forces being deployed to a combat scenario unless they had contact with some domestic authority that had told them where and when to enter Zamper territory and/or airspace; some higher-ranking person who was coordinating the defence. Perhaps Mr. Lower himself, even. It was simply ridiculous to think that order and joint attacks were coalescing from the chaotic actions of several forces. Therefore, it was extrapolated that, if the Zamperians were going to deliberately cut the Adygeans out of the loop, it was abundantly clear that there was nothing more to do here.

Kontr-Admiral Kristjan Dyachkov, currently aboard the Lyov Bacherikov aircraft-carrying cruiser, had been a Kapіtan 1go rangu (Captain, 1st rank) in the Soviet Navy, and had always been a very good yes-man, bobbing his head right along with his commissar, ensuring his survival during Stalin's terrifying purges. Yet since the dissolution of the USSR sixteen years ago, he had at last been able to free himself of the political shackles that his political officer had attempted to burn in to his psyche, and had metamorphosed in to a competent naval officer—a rare breed in the Adygean military, though with the new crop of men coming from the Officer Preparation School, that was expected (or hoped, at any rate) to change. Thus, it was not hard for him to contemplate simply turning round and heading the hell back to Novorossiysk. He intimated this to his executive officer (a position that, for once, actually had some real administrative freedoms), Kapitan 1go rangu Murat Laberov, in a hushed voice.

The Kapitan tried not to look surprised, but he nonetheless was. It was not so much disobeying the orders of Bacherikov and Kakirkin as it was the repugnant concept of turning their backs on the Zamperians, even after their rudeness, that disturbed him. He was, however, inclined to be a nice man at times (at least when not dealing with a rating that had stolen a loaf of bread from the galley): far too much for Kritjan's tastes, but he was the best damned officer he had, and he was damned intelligent.

'Is that ... wise, Komandir?' he asked, raising an eyebrow, looking down at him from where he stood at the Admiral's right side.

'Perhaps not,' replied Kristjen, drumming his fingers on the armrest of the chair. 'But it is prudent—we're dallying out here, and if they haven't given us leave to damn well help them—' He grunted, cutting himself off before he got too incensed. He had a temper, and though he was working hard to lengthen its fuse, it was still a nasty little thing, with a tendency to assert itself at precisely the wrong moments.

'Perhaps their radio equipment is malfunctioning,' the Kapitan suggested, playing the devil's advocate. It was his job, really: anything that the Admiral suggested was to be automatically challenged by him, whether he actually agreed or disagreed; very much in contrast to the old and highly inflexible top-down system of giving orders.

'Even if their entire radiocommunication network is shot to fucking pieces, I still don't understand why they haven't damned well called us up yet. You saw the Beatusian landing ships on the radar, yes?' The Kapitan nodded. 'We were available far before they were, and they were permitted to deploy on Zamperian soil, so why the delay?'

The Kapitan opened his mouth, thought about his reply for a moment, and clicked his jaw shut again. He shook his head in the negative, signalling that he had no idea.

'We've waited far longer than we should have,' grumbled Kristjen. 'It's decidedly clear that they're not interested in our help, so let's haul ass and get back to the Black Sea, where we can do some damned good.' He paused, pensively rubbing his forehead, trying to get rid of the frustration-fuelled headache that was trying to form. 'Get the Marines back, and as soon as you're done with that operation, we're pulling out.'

'Yes, Komandir,' intoned the Kapitan quietly, turning away to pass along the orders and get things moving. Hopefully, inside of a few hours, the Adygean military would be entirely gone from this part of the world.

The troops had left the city before the attacks. They were on the move on a highway leading out of New Washington. They had no other option, other than die. In the distance they saw something. It was the same thing that they saw with their planes, it was the Beatus convoy.

(Alfegos does not border Zamper. Also, I was supporting the rebels...)

After the plane took off the soldiers resumed they're positions.
"Incoming, from the east," shouted a voice. Everyone looked down the highway toward New Washington. "Take cover," shouted an officer. There would be no retreat, no hope of reinforcements. Things weren't looking good.

They saw the the other troops moved into a formation."Men fall into your poistions."The did so. The formation had the men evenly dispersed in a square. Then, there are 12 rows taken from the back put to the sides to make it longer than it is wide. It had always worked before because it's powerful gun's and fire power overwhelm the enemy.

The colonel laughed, "What do they think they're doing. This will be easier than shooting fish in a barrel." The machine gunners started firing at 2,500 yards. They sprayed the enemy with suppression fire. Each of the ten machine guns they had firing appx. 500 rounds per minute meant that within a minute they had sent 5000, .50 caliber rounds at the enemy line.

The troops dropped to the ground laying on their stomachs. They then began returning fire. Hudreds of the men in the back were killed because they didnt know that shots were fired.

"I just hope some one shows up and finds us soon," said the colonel. "I don't know how long we can hold them off."
"Why not we got plenty of ammo," said a captain as he pointed at the stock of weapons they had unloaded from the plane.

The enemy was crawling now and it took a lot more aim to hit them with the .50 cals, but anytime now they'd be in range of the rifles. The many of the men had taken cover in the trees among the road were they would be harder to find and hit than if they were out in the open. The enemy was returning fire but at this point the occasional bullet would hit a sand bag. One lucky shot hit a man right in the arm as he was feeding one of the machine guns, an officer took over for him as the injured man was laid down of the road.

The crawling worked, but men were still being shot. The General looked over sna saw trees. " Take cover, into the woods. Thel all got up and sprinted. Some were shot as they stood up. Whe they got over to the trees, they waited until an enemy had to reload. Then they poked out around the tree, and fired.

[OOC: they are belt fed machine guns, quick reload time and it takes long time to run out of ammo.]

The enemy had taken cover in the trees. The decision was made to crawl through the trees and sneak up on the enemies there. One of the officers and one of the gunners were shot. Another man quickly took the machine gunners spot. The officer was only wounded and as such was still barking orders. The machine gunner to a bullet to the head and was dead before he hit the ground.

A battalion of the force saw some men head into the woods. He ordered his troops to go hide behind a large rock they saw. When the enemy got close, they would jump out and fire. Luckily, the enemies couldnt have seen them move from behind the trees. The enemy machine gunners were to quick. So the Cripistan army decided to throw M67 aand HE grenades instead.

Explosions shook the area as the grenades went of killing 45 of the 50 men sent to try and sneak up on the enemy. This got the attention of the fighter planes running air cover over head. Five of them dived down to strafe the enemy positions with they're 0.79-in (20-mm) cannons. The other ten stayed up maintaining air superiority.

Whe the troops saw the enemy dive onto the ground, the pounced out and shot at the enemy. They knew the had the advantage, and would not let up.

When they saw that the rest of enemies forces were distracted, they radioed the base to sent planes to drop 4 Cluster bombs on the enemy's position.

On the HQ of B.C.D.N.A (Bredford Covert Defence and Intelligence Agency)-

"Sir, there is a war on Zamper.."

this had led to a cold war between B.C.D.N.A and C.N.I.G.A (Commonwealth National Intelligence Gathering Agency), the national intelligence agency in Bredford, as the B.C.D.N.A also performed an attack on several international organizations, most of them communist.

"It is obvious, John, that we support the side fighting the communists.. if there are any.." William said slowly "Are there communists on Zamper, John?"

"Yes, Mr. William."

"Good... you remember the missile we bought?"

"Sir, do you mean the peacekeeper?" John was terrified, his master never used a nuclear weapon on nation before.

"Yes, but with convential warhead. i want you to find the most important communist city in Zamper, and.. well, you know the rest."

"Yes, Mr. William."

"So why are you still standing here? go away!" he shouted.

After twenty minutes, a peacekeeper missile was launched to a communist city in Zamper named XXXXX (give me a map, please).

The Peacekeeper nuclear missile was destoryed by missiles coming from the Nuclear defense system, now the General pressed 1 button, and 300 peacekeepers headed toward Breford. The Nuclear war began.

The 12 Colstream Army Divisions that had been promised landed in Zamper. The 12 Divisions entered the Democratic Army camp to get their orders.

20 MK5 Viper Fighter Bombers armed with 2 4000lb "Super Earthquake" bombs that were used in the Strategic Strike and 10 MIGS armed with 2 500lb bombs flew over New Washington. The Fighter Bombers dived from 10,000 feet and dropped their cargo onto Communist Tanks outside the city smashing 65 SOL T62 tanks and cratering several roads. The MIGs dropped from 12,000 feet and dropped their bombs onto the main troop displacement point killing and injuring countless troops and wrecking several jeeps and light armoured APCs.

Battle of New Albany City

120,000 Democratic troops, heaveily armed managed to take the city back from the communists after hard fighting, but Communist bombers firebombed the city, killing half the army there, then, 100,000 communists troops took the city back, though the city was now wiped out. Air power was still held by the communists, the democratic army have desperately increased production of fighters.

Again, the Democratic army was driven off, they really needed new weapons and tanks and other supplies, but the communists destoryed Democratic cities where there were supplies waiting for them. The 110,000 Democratic troops retreated with the communist tanks and infranty chasing them for miles. Communists fighters were attacking them every time, so there was no rest for them. Zamperian communists had sent 100,000 troops after them, so the chase was on. A mountain range stood in the way, and the Democratic army had to go through the mountains or else get wiped out by the communists.

As they closed in on the enemy fleet, they deployed the electronics/communication and RADAR jammers, before loosing off the missiles at the largest targets on the screen: the superdreadnoughts and super-carriers.

They then flew away from the target, before anything cottoned onto the unusual cloud-interference on their RADAR screens.

On the road between the retreating democrats and the communists, the infared cameras quickly scanned for the communist vehicles, before their payloads each of 8 x 500lb smart bombs, 16 x smart missiles and 1x Blue Lightning EMP devices rolled out, all detonating as they were guided with an inch of their intended impact zones.

Most of the enemy communications would be fried, and a large amount of their ground forces were now damaged.

All that remained was for this to be kept up.

Well I guess it don't matter, the weapons we promised are right over there," he said point at the stack of crates on the side of the road. "Might be a little light on the machine gun rounds, but we need them, as I'm sure you can see," finished as he fired his assault rifle toward the enemy. The enemy bombers were detected before they reached the battle field, by the fighters running air cover. Four of the fighter planes broke off to intercept the bombers.

Mate, 5% of your population is the maximum feasable liit you should have on your military, before your economy goes completely haywire.
As it is, I reccomend only 1%, as that would then allow you a much more stable and more prosperous economy.

Luckily for the bombers, 12 other fighter jets fired at the enemy's planes.

1000 Greal fighters flew into the country, their orders were work with the communist air force. They waited for orders from the Zamperian Communists.

On the ground, 170,000 Greal troops moved through the country heading for New Washington. Fighters flew above them while troops moved in Panzer-type formations. Greal troops were armed with the latest weapons, and they had bulletproof vests that can deflect most types of assault rifles.

EMP seriously damaged the communists forces, but the Democratic army suffered badly when the EMP devices hit them, now the Democratic army was in rout with the Greal and communists armies coming.
400 Zamperian fighters found the bombers and fired 400 missiles at the bombers.

OOC: First off, you can't have a army of 1 billion, you know how long that will take to supplie and feed such a army, not to mention, weapons and ammo. It says in your NS page that you have over 6.6 billion, but that can't support a army of 1 billion, that would completely ruin your economy. Please can someone reason with Gray Army? And China doesn't have a army of 200 million anyway.

The Colonel was glad to see the Zamper forces. He found they're leader and said, "Glad you finally arrived we're in a tough spot here. We were only supposed to deliver a few weapons, we are not really equipped for full combat. Over there are your weapons, 10,000 MG22 .50 cal Machine Guns, they are a little short on ammo, we kind of need some more," he said pointing at the enemy down the road, "and 20,000 R12 Assault Rifles. So um... you got your weapons so we'll just be leaving now, uh... could you points us to the nearest friendly country?" asked the colonel.

The Genral had one of his men radio The Zamerpian forces. " Too any Zamperian forces near New Washington, we need aid on the highway." They weren't struggling, but would like the support for comfort. Then the General yelled to the enemys " Surreneder now, or die." The other Cripistanian troops were now on mainland. Another 100,000 troops would be arriving in about a day. " Beatus, put down you're weapons. The bombers are nearing, you will all die." screamed the general.

I am supporting the democratics. In earlier post you commented on, it had me shelling the communist held town of New Washington. What's the matter? Have i confused you?

To stop all this bickering:

* 1% of your population should be the greatest amount you have in your army. if you have more, what about your economy? What about the people building vehicles? What about the people growing food? What about the buerocrats in charge? What about the people who mine and collect the raw resources? Even if you were at war with another country, about 5% is the highest feasable amount you can have before your economy collapses.

Also, remember, this is fictional! I could transport my entire army accross one continent into another in 2 seconds! I could start a civil war unlike the world has ever seen withen my own country, the only thing I can't do(or anyone for that matter) in conquer another player's country without their consent.

I think I'll drop support to Democrats and withdraw from war since all everyone can do is condemn my actions, well, I'm withdrawing from this RP in particular, but that's not stropping any other RPs, seems to me, NS is full of a lot of geeks(like the ones who take Dungeons&Dragons seriously enough to live-roleplay it!) but it's politics here.

As Imperial Guard troops leave the city to return home only after a couple days of intense bombing and shelling of the city.

My region is only supporting me with food for my troops, I pay them for aid, they never sent in any troops.

my navy is small in comparison to most modern countrys, mainly consisting of battleships, aircraft carriers and transports and subs.

I believe I've mentioned my airforce a couple of times, taking part, but not valuable parts at that in the war.

Zamperian Sea

The planes may be stealth, but they were detected by one of the superdreadnoughts, the moment the bombers fired their missiles, thousands of missiles were fired into the air at the bombers. The enemy missiles sank one of the carriers, while 4 more were damaged, and the Superdreadnoughts were hit by missiles, but the eletronic jamming saved them from most of the damage.

New Redhouse city

Democratic troops in the city retreated after Greal air strikes completely affected the democratic army there. 50,000 Democratic troops pulled out to meet the face of the Greal army, though they were outnumbered by the Greal army easily 3 to 1.

After hearing of the defeat of the Democratic Armies at New Redhouse city, the Colstream Army was pulled out of New Washington and loaded back onto its Troop Ships along with its equipment. It position was so close to encirclement that it withdrew back to sea and started to return to the Republic Of Colstream.

The Colstream Army knew that the situation was too serious for any further action as the communist forces, now supported by Greal was too strong. The Colstream President, James Parker was against meeting foreign forces so the Taskforce is being returned for reorganising.

General Lenin who was in charge of the Greal army was pretty happy that the Democratic army's supporters were leaving. Then he ordered his 190,000 troops to move toward the Democratic army waiting for them, the Greal soldiers were eager to see action.

New Washington City

The Democratic president walked up the steps into the Kingdom Palace, there, the Communist President was waiting for him. hey talked for 2 hours, then the Democratic president left. The Democratic army has surrendered to the communists, it was over. All Democratic troops were ordered to the nearest communist base to carry out the surrender.

The missiles taht came ofter the stealth craft were either thrown off course and jammed by the electronic warfare package on the stealth fighter, beaten off with flares or just left behind when it couldn't find the craft any longer.

A bomber was hit, and self-destructed before it hit the surface of the sea.


The remaining bombers flew down in Alfegos and landed, refuelled, rearmed, then took off again towards the enemy navy. This time, the enemy had hardly any missiles left, after firing off most of them at the stealth bombers in vain.

Greal troops cheered when hey heard the Democratics surrendered, so they began heading home, a Greal naval fleet was ordered to meet up with the Zamperian Naval fleets.

No RPing here on my part(just to let ya know) anyway, you act like soldiers eat a lot more then civilians, you know that? soldiers are basically civilians with guns and better trained on how to use them, as I said earlier also, any family that serves in the military does not have to pay taxes on anything except water/phone and electricity, their food comes with a $100 spendig limit each week, and they get to choose a luxery each month depending how good the family's been and how well their mother/father/brother/sister have been doing in service.

Bullets are produced in the billions in my country each week, we produce like 1.5 billion bullets/shells/bombs each week.

We've been slowing down on production of Armored vehicles, so what we have is what we have currently.

Since the Democratics were gone from Zamper, now the communists prepared to turn their attention toward the countries that help the Democratics, a declaration of war was declared on Alfegos for supporting the Democratics, first they had to wipe out the Alfegon fleet, it was given a number 1 priority.

A Zamperian Task Force arrived to help the fleet against the Stealth bombers. Fighters from the aircraft carriers were dispatched to destroy the bombers quickly.

Official Communique:

Alfegos will stop its raids on your nation, if you guarentee not to attack us.
If you do not desist from attack us, we will be forced to break the constraints of our charter with the Free World Alliance and use WMDs against you. Do you understand?

The stealth bombers continued to come under the occasional but of fire, despite the fact they were very hard to pick up at all. Now though, the enemy fleet had clustered together as a task force, making it a prime candidate for the fuel-air bombs, which were soon dropped on the naval ships, before the bombers scarpered back home. A couple were brought down by fighters that managed to find them and keep up, bu the rest flew off to land in Alfegos, many thousands of miles away.

With the threat of Zamper possibly attacking Alfegos, nuclear missiles were readied, as well as the coastal defences and the military reserve.

Around the country, nuclear missiles were also being prepared, since Zamper had thousands of more nuclear weapons then Alfegos.

The fighters returned to the decks of the carriers. The bombs damaged a dozen ships, one carrier lost th majority of its crew. They headed back to base quickly, waiting for orders.

The weapons my soldiers get are pretty much up to date

the food, it not much of a problem.

the ammo will never be a problem unless we decide to stop producing bullets and shells

Fuel would be a problem if it wasn't for exchange of money for fuel in my region.

the groznj teams had severly disrupted the supplys of the communists and had got away with relative impunity but now they had to stop so did the 13th legion and 3th battallion who had made themselfs heros after holding the right flank of the democrats for so long against overwhelming odds but now the war was over the soldiers went home.

groznj 1 and 2 are offically withdrawing but a small number of volentires about 75 strong are staying they are to be stripped of anything fsonian and given mercenary weapons.
