I invite the leaders of Albalast and the Ryou Black Islands to come to Eilífur where I hope I can mediate a peaceful resolution to this conflict. I believe that if you can get face to face, and far away from President Ronald Reagan of the United States of America than peace can be reached. I would also like to inform President Ronald Reagan that if he attempts to come within 100 miles of this peace conference he will be shot on sight. All leaders are welcome to observe the peace conference, but I ask that no one brings any weapons. The conference is to be held at the Great Monastery of Eilífur. Anyone caught with a weapon with in the monastery will be killed buy the monks of the monastery. Weapons include the following:

Firearms, knives, blades of any kind, stun guns, chemical of biological agents, motor vehicles, dart of blow guns, wire, shoe laces, belts, sharp objects, wires, chains, baseball bats, needles, pills or drugs of any kind, pencils, pens, explosive devices, hammers, blunt objects, or anything else that could in anyway be used to harm others.

If you decline to even this attempt at peace than we I be forced to intervene to stop the fight by any means necessary.

Stoklomolvi offers its full support in this peace conference. It will offer The Beatus any police force it may require to keep the peace, and will serve as a mediator in the peace talks. Stoklomolvi will be sending Commissar Alexei Aleksandrovich Stuyonovich himself to the conference to participate in peace talks.

Official Isate Communication

The nation of Isate and its vassals, Isata and Ifmaka, do heartily support and approve of the peace conference and shall send a single pacifist delegate to attend and witness the conference. If talks break down or do not occur, we shall not oppose any further action taken by the Theocracy of Beatus. As this is a neutral event surrounded by tension, Isate and its vassals shall not provide food, water, or any security to the event.

Isate would like to know, however, if the peace talks shall include the nuclear disarmament of Ryou.

We welcome the delegation from the nation of Isate and this peace conference will include what ever the two parties main parties involved in this conflict deem important to peace. If either party brings this up during the conference it shall be included, that is up to them, I am here only to mediate and provide a non-hostile environment for open discussion.

The United States supports all attempts at achieving a peaceful settlement of the Albalast/Ryou conflict.

The US continues to support the peace negotiations hosted by Shazbotdom and will support the one hosted by Beatus, assuming it to be impartial. However we note that Beatus has taken sides with Ryou in the past, in contrast to Shazbotdom who has not taken sides.

Stoklomolvi believes that it would be in all nations' best interests if the peace was formed and a nuclear Armageddon was averted. Since both parties have small aggressors with large powers backing them up, such as Maldoria backing up Albalast and Stevid backing up the Ryou, peace would be beneficial to both parties.

The Beatus, although we agree with your policy of bringing peace at all costs, we must advise you to not attempt to end the conflict at present by use of conventional warfare, simply because of the large powers supporting either country, as wisely considered by Stoklomolvi. Such an attempt to force peace could lead to a break-out of a serious, bloody conflict between many large, powerful countries, fighting across those two lands. It is our advice that you continue to apply economic and political pressure until the two parties resolve their dispute at the peace conference or end the war themselves, lest major war break out resulting in needless and copious bloodshed.

However, if you are committed to an international peacekeeping force, Isate will provide The Beatus with seven MH-60S Knighthawk helicopters, though no personnel, six transport helicopters, though no personnel, five medical support trucks, though no personnel, and will assist through long-range missile strikes on strategic targets if you so need such assistance. We shall also move three mine-destroying ships through Black Island waters to protect your, and international, ships, from potential harm. Finally, we will keep a small fleet of medical ships outside of Ryou's borders for the use of the peacekeeping forces. Isate outlines its previous advice of not following this road, and that the peace conference is the only way to resolve this conflict externally.

Suggestion

All nations, large or small, puny or almighty, should back away from this conflict which started with a rant by Albalast, which the Ryou Black Islands promptly responded to. There is no reason whatsoever to continue this war except to cause a massive number of casualties by both sides, since Albalast and the Ryou would be the battlefield, and only tiny amounts of land would be gained, as is what happened during the Great War with the invention of trenches. Both sides sustained massive casualties, and the soldiers did not even know why they were there; Stoklomolvi troops fought against an imperial invader during this war, and the enemy gained nothing while Stoklomolvi lost nothing. Both sides sustained massive casualties.

Please, nations of the world, I implore you: END THIS WAR!

The Theocracy of the Beatus,

If this is the case then Isate will be willing to send, as of now, an undetermined number of our forces, if there is no major warfare occurring between the large powers in the region. We are unwilling to commit ourselves to such an agreement, however, until we have officially announced our plans of nuclear armament.

I agree. This war must be ended. If Albalast and the Ryou Black Islands refuse to make peace than what can be done. I implore them to listen to reason. This conflict will only end in ruin. Please, make peace. War is not the answer. I want the two of you to at least take a minute and think about why this war even started?

America is formally ending its support for Albalast and asks other nations to follow suit.
