Press conference held at Logan and Ky's Grand Hall, President Erickk Svalbard is giving a speech on the unfolding events.
Citizens of this fine nation, today I was informed that there may be a way of salvaging our economy after our seas were turned into a toxic waste dump by the villain that is Kroando. Several weeks ago, a group of Narwhale ivory hunters landed on the Arteman Isles to repair damage to their ships. These islands have long been regarded as worthless due to their extreme northern location, their remoteness, and their supposed lack of resources. However the Ivory hunters came across a group of native people who were all adorned with large amounts of gold and silver jewelry. Upon hearing these reports, a scientific expedition was sent to the islands, and it was confirmed that they contain massive amounts of precious metals. Although the Arteman Isles lie in international waters, the native people are not represented on a global scale, also they are extremely primitive as they have had almost no contact to the outside word, and finally the islands are not claimed by any nation. So, in order to save our failing economy and gain new lands for the glory of Logan and Ky, we hearby declare the Arteman isles a colony of Logan and Ky.
Several weeks later, ships have landed on the islands, setting up temporary settlements and scouting out the supposed abundance of precious metals. Currently Admiral Casby is in charge of the 41st expeditionairy fleet, which is stationed off the largest island. The officer in charge of the troops on the island is Colonel J.P. Fox. As the colonel sits in his center of command, he is ordered to come up with a plan to deal with the the reluctant natives, who refuse to cooperate with the Logan and Ky troops. The colonel calls up one of his lieutenants.
"Hello"
"This is Colonel Fox, whats the report from the field?"
"Not good sir, the natives still wont show us where they got the jewelry"
"Well dont worry about that right now. I've just been informed that several of the natives attacked troopers on the other side of the island and killed several of them before fleeing into the interior of the island (this was of course a lie)"
"Thats terrible!"
"Yes it is, but fortunately we have intel on where a larger group of these natives are hiding, preparing to attack us again. I want you to stop them, leave none alive, you know our policy"
"Yes Sir"
"Im sending you the coordinates now..."

500 troops from the 33rd elite legion brigade then were airlifted to the location where the natives were located. They dragged a number of M198 howitzers, which was difficult on the rocky terrain. When they got within range they set up the artillery and began shelling the native settlement with napalm and high explosives. Within seconds, the grouping of primitive shelters was reduced to a heap of burning rubble, over 300 natives were killed, only a lucky few survived. When the soldiers walked through the town, the piled the bodies into massive graves. A waterfall was near the town, and for dramatic effect Lieutenant Hailey, who was commanding the troops, stuck a sign in the ground that read "The Massacre of Hailey Falls". He chuckled as they walked away.
