Just my nations position. A demagogue is a leader who plays off the publics fears normally to tighten control. For example George W. Bush can be said to be a demagogue because he plays off fears of terrorist attacks to gain more control. It is not a positive term. Dangerous just meant you could have gone crazy and nuked someone and dictator just means you had too much rule. The ousted part means we want you out of office.
