The Sapphire Alliance is an alliance that is devoted to the upkeeping of freedom to all peoples, and the upkeeping of peace in warring nations. It is not a primarily militaristic alliance, but mainly a financial and physical aid alliance, with military strength being used as a last resort.

The Charter
Preamble
The Sapphire alliance, with the aims of preserving human rights and peace in nations, and supporting nations who have been affected by natural and man-made disasters.
Chapter I - The Requirements for Membership
Article I
Nations with a human and political rights level of Average or higher will be permitted to join. Anything lower will be rejected for full membership.
Article II
Member nations must have no history of genocide or human right suppression.
Chapter II - Concerning the Contributions of Members]
Article III
Clause I
Nations that join the Sapphire alliance are required to aid in any crisis that the alliance tackles unless they are restricted from doing so. This aid must take the form of Clause III
Clause II
Nations are exempt from donations if they are involved in:
a) A defensive war
b) Are not full members
c) Have internal unrest
d) Are in any other way incapable of contributing aid
Clause III
Aid that should be sent is in the form of either:
a) Military in the case of a peacekeeping action
b) Financial or Material aid in the case of a natural/artificial disaster.
Chapter III: Concerning the Government of the Alliance
Article IV
Clause I
There will be a council of 6 elected members permanently, who will vote for which situations the alliance should intervene.
Clause II
In case of incapacitation or inactivity of more that 3 of the council members, the Founder of the alliance may decide decisions for the alliance, until the next elections.
Clause III
The alliance council will be elected every 2 months.
Clause IV
The founder of the alliance reserves the right to veto the actions of the council in the case of a poor decision that may affect the security of the alliance.
Chapter IV: Concerning the Dismissal of Members
Article V
A member of the alliance will be dismissed if they fufill any of the following criteria
Clause I
They perform an action of genocide or supression of human rights.
Clause II
They declare war on another of the alliance members
Clause III
They deploy CBR weapons without the prior consent of the council.
Clasue IV
They are inactive for more than 3 months, unless they give an explanation beforehand.
