Open Communique to World Nations

"Greetings! In an effort to gain more first-hand knowledge about, well, everyone, I, Emperor Atoxon, am planning on traveling to several nations. It is my hope to spend some quality time touring friendly or neutral nations. I am very interested in seeing any cultural artifacts, historical sites, or just seeing how beautiful your nation is! Friendships grow by knowledge, and it is my hope that several new allies, or at the least some new friends, can be gained by my travels. So please, I ask that I be allowed to travel to your nation, meet your people in person, and have a good time."

ooc: Basically, post any interest you may have below. It would be really nice if nations that have embassies in my nation to respond, but it is not required. Details will be posted if there is enough interest in this.


Edit: Details are as follow: Atoxon will be flying to each nation in a converted Boeing 777 made especially to his requests (think Air Force One, but more lavish - and not a 747). He will be accompanied by 10 Red Cell guards, which are the ultra-elite Spec. Forces. They will be armed with only pistols while out of the plane (P239s), but the jet also carries more weapons for them should an emergency arise (such as rifles, RPGs, medical equipment, hand weapons, etc). Also along will be a support staff of 3 journalists, 8 aides, & the Second Minister for Foreign Affairs, Harold Logit.

I believe that covers all major details. TG or post if you want some more info, or think I forgot something.

Feel free to visit beautiful Vetalia City, one of the richest and most ornate cities in the world.

Included would be visits to the Praetorial Palace, the Chamber of Commerce headquarters, the Ministry of Trade, and various other sights around our beautiful city. You may also like to see the construction site for the new Monument to Capitalism in front of the Vetalian Combined Stock Exchange and the surrounding facilities, which handle over one quadrillion rubles of traded financial instruments every day.

Please come to Kurona. You will have to come by boat of bush plane though.

You are more than welcome to visit ICCD, depending on how much time you have for the visit the Schedule would vary. Perhaps this could be an oppourtunity to discus a mission exchange as well. There is a mix and mash of things to take in in ICCD from State Treasures, both in Architecture and Galleries, to beautiful landscapes. It would take much time to take it all in. We have officials in every area of the Patria that can host you on the occasion.

While most diplomatic officials see only the Diplomatic Capital of Lacus Prae, we could attempt to hold a unilateral meeting at the Imperial Palace, if you arn't against the formality of such an occasion. All the Northern Holy Sites, and Northern Sanctuary are some of the most epic of all sights of ICCD, of course there are many historical sites that clash with the changing modes of Dian society.

Vetalia, I would be very happy to visit your nation. The information you gave sounds wonderful, and I cannot wait to arrive. Being such an economic powerhouse, it would be very educational to see your nation at work, in order to one day be half of what you are.

Intracircumcordei, I will make time to see as much of your nation as you will allow. The differences in your nation sound wonderful to behold. I would like to make time for more than the usual dignitary tours, as I am a friend of religious sites as well. There are only a few historical sites left in Orzio, and I am eager to see yours. It would delight me to talk about mission exchanges, as this is the first step to friendly relations between nations. I look foward to our meeting! The Queendom of Aqua Anu will welcome you. Be advised you will have to come in by ferry as it's an atoll of city islands. The country has canals which are used as the main source of transportation. We look forward to your visit.

Aqua Anu, I would be very happy to visit your nation. I have never been on an atoll, so that will be a first for me. It sounds quiet relaxing, actually. I am honored that you have accepted my offer. I hope that his will lead to warm relations between our two nations.

We would like to host you in sunny San Diego, and maybe take a tour up in the fjords up into the north, you can fly into San Diego International Airport.

Our monarch, King Louis II is interested in meeting you during your tour and we have appointed a tour guide that will accompany you on your tour, giving you information about the landmarks, etc that you see. Any questions you have should be sent to me, I will do my best to give you answers. Already, we have created a tour schedule for you to use when your feet walk upon our beloved nation. I hope that this will lead to good relations between our nations and I think the exchanging of embassies is possible.

There are quite a few things available on the tour.
(1) The Old North Castle: A 1700 year old castle, was the last stronghold in the war against the Arrons in 1576.
(2) The University of Leioth is holding a soccer tournament, and you are welcome to attend and speak if you wish.
(3) You are invited to take a tour of the king's royal palace in Kremil Vallock, the capital of Prethenon.
(4) The memorial to the soldiers of Prethenon that died in the Civil War of 1907, in which the power of the king was overthrown.
(5) A seat can be researved for you on the Arllock, our most advanced space rocket. However, a fee of 12,000 Hurons would have to be charged.

Come to Fordock if you wish. It might be an interesting experience being in a Social Democratic Country. The Conference would be hosted in the North East.

Very well then at your leisure, unless you'd like to return on the plane that our mission will arrive in Orzio on. If you don't have a State Aircraft, ICCD has a fleet of State aircraft based on Boeing like designs that we aquired in a business deal many years ago now. We still make them but they have been modified.

The Logotheth's Office, equivilent to most Nations Foreign Affairs, but with slightly more power to effect foreign policy, will be handling the services, in coordination with the Imperial Secretriat, the culture and history branch of ICCD, as well as other functions, and ESSI, the major state security apparatus, as well as a few other aspects of government and the localities on the schedule.

President of The Republic of Greston, John Batther, it would be wonderful to visit your war memorials. We have a few here from our fight to end our enslavement, but I think it would be good to see the human spirit in other nations fighting to survive.

Imperial isa, unfortunately it would seem that I will have to pass on touring your nation. I would feel better if I were allowed some security, as I have much faith in those that put their lives on the line to protect me. Barring them, however, is not something I am ready to agree to.


Fordock, it would be good to tour a socialist nation. We have a socialist party in our parliment, but they are very weak compared to the other political parties, and do not seem very organized. So I look foward to seeing socialist principles in effect.

I appreciate the offer very much, and though I do not have any questions for your Logotheth's Office, I will be sure to let you know should I think of something.

and who do you fear that would get you, you are entering a closed Nation where there are troops on every street as every male is in the armed forces
