OOC: Few comments I'd like to make.
1. This isn't going to beat any superdreadnought on the market. The guns are far too small to deal with SD armor.
2. make your main guns bigger, something around 24''.
3. Phalanx CIWS fails. Try Goalkeeper.
4. More VLS.
5. Throw some info up about the armor this thing has.
6. $400 Billion is a bit steep. Try something in the 150-200 range.
I must say though that this is a very nice concept, and you got your proportions right, which is always good to see.
[I'm no ship builder, but you may want to go into a little detail on the armor of the ship. If not specially designed armor, at least the thickness/material used.]
Missile launchers firing Phalanx CIWS... Interesting system, that.
Hurtful Thoughts

Pretty sure the missiles are for dealing with those SBBs and CVNs, with guns for more mundane ground pounding and as a last resort in a fight.
Unlike the 'guns first' BBs that are outranged by AShMs, but are designed to survive just long enough to get within range and unleash a fatal salvo on the enemy.
Phalanx can be strapped nearly anywhere, software and hardware improvements would allow for better gun control and management compareable to goalkeper, and unlike goalkeeper, have self contained search, IFF power, and FCS capabiities, allowing them to operate even after taking critical damage to primary systems.
Other add-ons such as RAMs would allow these Phalanx mounts to exceed a pure goalkeeper.
More Phalanx mounts in better positions also mean less blindspots for aircraft and sea skimmers to sneak up on.
A goalkeeper/Standard gun/missile sytem would be kinda neat though...
Sometging like 150 30 mm shells and 20 SAMs... though the mount will have to penetrate a reinforced deck. (so no mounting it on top of a turret bustle)*
*Such a system could be scaled up to fit around a single 5" DP mount... maybe... -gets to work on a combination 125 mm mount with side rail missile launchers and integral magazines.
