Only through friendship and discussion, we feel, will the world move on beyond the era of the Cold War and thus into a newer era of peace, prosperity and freedom.

If you already requested an embassy, make a new post saying what year you are requesting the embassy be back dated to and what the state of relations are between the two since then. I figure if I do it for one, I should open it for all.

America looks forward to working with your government on matters of common interest. Embassy approved. You may put in any city of your choosing and your staff levels are up to you. We place no limits on staffing but military personnel must be unarmed when not on embassy grounds.

[ I simply wanted to set back the clock because that's approximately when Adygea would have started being concerned about foreign relations, and thus primarily with the US, having just gotten its independence from the USSR. ]
