The Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi wishes to establish an embassy in the Beatus as thanks for visiting Vladistov in person as well as for establishing an embassy in Vladistov. Ambassador Anton Aleksandrov will be serving on a permanent diplomatic mission in the Beatus. He has chosen location 115: 1154 Emperor Way to be the site of the embassy. He wishes to bring 16 colleagues as well as 10 armed members of the SMPF. All will be using the AK-2130 Assault Rifle. Three unarmed armoured cars will serve as a means of transportation, and an airfield for a Tupolev-444 Private Business Jet is requested. Preferably the airfield in question is not too overly used, and is not too distant from the embassy. Stoklomolvi is involved with no alliances, but will form an alliance with the Theocracy of the Beatus if requested. There are no other requirements.

The embassy, located at Lot 115: 1154 Emperor Way, is to be a three storey tall building with eight foot reinforce concrete embassy compound walls topped with barbed wire. A small fusion reactor will be located along the riverside to produce power for the embassy, and a concrete reinforced pier is to be built along the river's edge. An underground parking garage with space for four armoured cars is requested, and a massive satellite's is to be built in another corner of the embassy. The embassy building itself will extend across the river to allow easy access between the two banks. The Stoklomolvi Head Engineer Nimroy Iosifovna Rivlikz will oversee the construction, and the Stoklomolvi Organisation of Hard Labour will construct the embassy with permission.

This is generally built in the financial district of the capital city. The large number of people within the JCC (and the requisite arms) means that this building is rather large. The main reason for so many people is that this is a dual corporate national HQ, as well as an embassy.
9. Location of Embassy (LOT #): We would prefer to buy a lot in the financial center of the city, if that is permissible.
