Blackwater, a city controlled by two countrys, but is to wild to tame. Drugs and weopons are smuggled in daily, murders are so common they are not reported. Jews, Italian, Irish and numerious other gangs prowl the streets. Not even the countryside is safe from them. Alliances are made and they are broken. Where once a man could play cards in peace, now he faces a knife in the back.....


Docks


A mysterious boat bearing gang marks started to sail into the harbor, no doubt it was up to something, A police boat began to motor up to it...

The Police on board were heavily armed. Their patrol boat had a .50 cal, and it pointed at the decks. Four men armed with DR-83's boarded a small rubber boat, and they prepared to board the bigger gang-marked ship. The loudspeaker on the patrol boat soon spoke, " Prepare for boarding. Ship Master, please move all your crew to the top of the vessel. Thank you."

Gianni and Fenani were smuggling a compliment of 30 AK-47's and 10 Uzi's, they got on top deck and awaited the police.

The Stoklomolvi Military Police Force, otherwise known as the SMPF, was completely land-locked and did not know about the smugglers' ship until a blip appeared on the radar in the main surveillance office in the SMPF Blackwater Redoubt. Soon afterwards, they received a distress message.

"We are in need --- -- - - urgent! Enemy -- - armed -- -- - backup! -- - ---"

The distress call was filled with static, and the SMPF was immediately put under full alert. A warning siren blared in the redoubt.

Military police in full uniform and fully armed rushed to armoured personnel carriers (armoured cars) and departed through the streets. There were three armoured cars, and they swerved through the relatively light traffic to reach the shoreline. Civilians were gathering near the piers, and there was a fire in the middle of the ocean. A small patrol boat was on fire, and a large marked ship was sailing towards the pier where a bunch of men dressed in suits were waiting.

The armoured cars plowed through the wooden barriers and stopped at the pier, where the cannons came alive and military police members poured out of the sides, guns ready and prepared to shoot if necessary.

A small dinghy filled with Jewish Mafia members motored its way out fo a covered boathouse to see what was going on. As they got closer they recognised the boat as belonging to one of their enemies. They were going to take advantage of the confusion and attempt to steal several of the crates of weapons.

The men motored up next to the side of the boat and with their Uzis and Tavor 21s drawn, they hopped on and opened fire on a guard who had his back turned. They then made their way to the cargo hold.

The SMPF slowly marched towards the men in the black suits, who had their arms in the air. There were a number of people on the deck of the ship, who apparently did not know what was going on down below. Suddenly, a gunshot was heard. The SMPF immediately rushed and put up a large set of boarding stairs and ran up the stairs. The other men were rather confused and stood there. The three armoured cars pointed the cannons at the suited men to ensure that they did not run, and most of the other SMPF members ran into the ship to see members of the Jewish Mafia carrying crates of ammunition to a small dinghy below. One of the gang members saw the military police.

"Oh shit!"

The SMPF ran towards them with assault rifles blaring and tossed fragmentation grenades into the air towards their foes.

Two Mafia members dropped from assault rifle wounds. The one carrying the crate dove over the side as he was shot in the arm. The dinghy motored away as the Mafia men opened fire at their attackers. This wasn't the end, they'd head back to HQ and try to figure out a way to end this quickly. If not, they still had stolen 2 crates of AK 47s and 2 crates of Uzis along with the crate of ammo that had fallen into the dinghy with the wounded man.

Vinny kissed his hand " Father, a crate of our weopons has been stolen, either the cops or someone else took em, im sorry"

Monti rubbed Vinny head " Its okay, just dont let it happen again, find out what happend"

The SMPF chased the Mafia men until they saw the dinghy move away. They started firing on the small dinghy. Four members of the SMPF were shot. Three of them were wounded while one of them was dead. They continued shooting at the dinghy with their assault rifles until one of the snipers moved up and started to shoot as well, upon which they ceased fire.

Meanwhile, the suited men were still standing there, not moving.

From inside a black Buick, two men watched the scene on the docks unfold. "The boss was right." said the driver as he shifted into drive.
"Guess we should head to the airport to pick up our shipment now that things are busy here." Said his companion. Unnoticed to most, if not all of the people at the dock, the car drove away as quietly as it had arrived.

Little Havana……..

King’s Court Night Club………


Pedro was a small time drug pusher for the Barlucchi Crime Family and he was a good earner but he had a problem. The problem was he had a tendency to skim the profits of his earnings thus stealing from the Family. This had been going on for several months inside Barlucchi controlled Little Havana and finally the Capos and the Boss decided to discuss Pedro’s fate behind close doors…


The Don Bruno Barlucchi looked upon his top men and quickly said, “This parasite has disgraced this family by stealing from us! I demand that this situation be fixed immediately before the other Families decide we are to weak to run our territory!”


The Capos all looked at each other and nodded in respect to their Boss. The Don’s will was absolute and no one was going to stick their neck out for a troublesome associate. This sealed poor Pedro’s fate……




Little Havana……

Back Alley….

“Little” Pedro as he was called by his friends was selling his merchandise in a back alley in Little Havana. The small Hispanic associate was not much physically and the only reason he was still in business was because of the protection of the Barlucchi Family. This protection was about to end as two big Italian Enforcers came up to him. These men were dressed in black business suites and had white undershirts with a black tie. They both had sunglasses and were wearing military styled black boots. The lead Enforcer quickly hit Pedro across the face and knocked him down.

The other Enforcer pulled out a switchblade and switched out the blade and menacingly approached the cowering Hispanic drug dealer. The screams were all that could be heard as the knife was used to stab Pedro repeatedly in the chest and stomach area. The other Enforcer took his wallet and his drug supplies and the pair left after Pedro’s throat was slit to ensure his death on the mean streets of Little Havana’s criminal underworld.

The only proof that this deed was done was a bloody switchblade left next to Pedro’s body. There would be no prints since the thugs had worn Italian leather gloves…….

A Jewish Mafia man crept to the top of a guard tower overlooking the harbor and picked up and loaded the Spiculum rocket launcher sitting on the floor. He loaded it, took aim through the aiming optic and fired right at the besieged boat. The boss, Schoen Chai, had ordered this mess cleaned up ASAP and with several crates of weapons stolen already there was nothing left to do but get rid of the ship. The gunman dropped the launcher and scurried to the bottom of the tower to a waiting black Viper.

One of the suited men slowly pulled out a Glock to shoot at the military police walking down the stairs. Three men were in stretchers while another was in a body bag. There was no time for funerals here, so he would be sent to Stoklomolvi in a casket. The suited man, ready to shoot, was caught by the armoured cars. The armoured cars opened fire.

Shell after shell poured out of the main cannons and impacted on the wooden pier. The wooden pier instantaneously shattered, and the man with the gun was blown to pieces. The other men, oblivious to the man with the gun, started panicking and fell into the hole. Others imploded from the force of the shells impacting within their bodies. The SMPF took one glance and boarded the armoured cars, which fired a few more shells and drove off.

Coral Way...

A Silver Dodge Challenger rolled up to a store in parts of a ghetto, getting out of the car was 4 well armed gangsters. Checking their watches, they anticipated a scav gang will be here in a moment...And a Dodge Ram flashes its headlights. That was the cue, busting in the gangsters held up the bank robbers with AK-47s and one of the men shot the shop keeper to keep him down and stripped the cash register of cash and goods, after then they quickly loaded up the two cars and sped out of the area...Soon after the Scavs arrived and came to find the store stripped of cash and goods and began running off as well but soon found policemen on their trail...apparently the Scavs looked the same as the gang members who robbed the store earlier.

Earlier, the SMPF had received a call about a gang robbing a store in Coral Way. As such, the siren blared out again, and one armoured car with six officers were sent to the scene. When they arrived, they found a car that matched the description in the call and started blaring out a warning siren. After waiting for one moment the car drove off, and so the armoured car chased the car. After but a few moments of chasing, the armoured car fired its main cannon and co-axial machine gun at the car. Shells and bullets whizzed through the air, and the other SMPF officers started firing PKHMGs out of the fireports.

At Blackwater International Airport
The black Buick from the scene of the dock incident took a back road and pulled up to the runway. Other Buicks were already there along with a Monte Carlo. The Medics' boss was overseeing this whole thing, he didn't want anything going wrong. Small boxes were being loaded into the cars as they arrived. "We wish to apologize for our lateness." The duo said together.
"Don't worry about it." replied Dr. Raddatz. "As long as you have some useful info, it will be worth it." They began to explain the scene that unfolded at the dock, which was obviously enough to please the Doctor.

Vinny and two men drove to the harbor in a 1970 Caddilac, they had Uzi 9mills, The car picked up speed.

The Scavs didnt stood a chance against the well equiped SMPF...with a single hit, the car blew apart and the scrap heap hit the car...apparently they got who they wanted...but...

Back at one of Silver Phantomz warehouses, several armed men opened up the bay doors and the cars went in...They unloaded several loads of suppies and cash in. A pretty good haul from the store when a territorial came and reported the military capacity of the gangsters, apparently they could mount military veichles in situations. The gang member then nods. apparently it was time for them to invest in a military arsenal...but for now, it was a good night...

The SMPF armoured car was stopped dead in its tracks by the scrap pile that was once the car. All of the officers in the car jerked around, and the lieutenant ordered everyone out. All of the officers dutifully obeyed and stood around the burning heap. When the lieutenant went outside and found out that there was no trace whatsoever for them to follow, he got angry.

"Damn it! We need to find clues, CLUES, people! Alright you idiots, fall out!"

The SMPF all ran back to the armoured car and boarded. The car backed up and turned around, and then drove towards the redoubt.

Meanwhile, a platoon of SMPF travelled around a certain warehouse in the middle of the city where there were suspicious boxes being unloaded. The location was at Uptown, and there was a logo that they could not recognise. The squad split up, and they were on both sides of the large warehouse doors. When the loading was completed, the truck backed out of the warehouse, and the doors slowly began to close. All of the SMPF stayed hidden and waited for the truck to leave. One of the SMPF quickly tossed a satchel charge into the back of the truck and dove back to his hiding spot. When the truck was out of sight, they rushed into the warehouse right before the door closed. The officer then pressed the button on the transmitter, and a shockwave was heard echoing through the warehouse.

The other gang members heard it too and turned around, only to see boxes. The SMPF officers then opened fire on the gang with their heavy weaponry.

Warehouse

"Christ! it's the fuckin' Peelers!" a man called in a strong Cork accent as two of his comrades fell "Give me that AK!" the armed men, took cover behind various walls or crates and returned fire with their own heavy weaponry.

Meanwhile up on the roof, a lone man licked his lips and put the sniper scope to his eye. He waited calmly until he was locked onto one of the police moving through the alley. With one flick, professional move, he pulled the trigger, sending a loud ringing through out the alleyway.

The car stopeed when hearing the Fienna gunfire, the two men got out and looked to see where the shots were from.

The SMPF officer was running through the alleyway, ready to aid his allies. Suddenly, a shot rang out, and his head exploded in a cloud of red mist. Two nearby officers looked up and saw what they thought was a sniper scope. One of them tossed a flashbang grenade, while the other tossed up a concussion grenade. They waited.

Meanwhile, the firefight ensued. Three SMPF members were shot up, and the others started to toss grenades at the crates. The PKHMG was ripping up the box. One more officer went down before the squad leader was enraged. He yelled into his radio.

"God Damn it! This is Little squadron reporting to base! We're getting torn up here, and we need support, now!"

At base, the distress call was received.

"Roger, Little squadron. Two armoured cars en route."

The sirens blared, and officers boarded two armoured cars. As they prepared to leave, an armoured car re-entered the redoubt and the officers left. The two cars rushed out of the redoubt and headed towards the location of the distress call. One of the cars spotted a 1970s Cadillac with two men inside, but the small car was ignored as one of the armoured cars stopped at the warehouse gate to find everyone excluding the squad leader to be dead. The other armoured car stayed idle for a moment.

OOC: Bump

As a Phantomz roamed the streets just on a night out, they noticed the Cadillac and chased it, being a territorial, had decent selection of weapon. It was just received a Mortar launcher and it was ready to test it on the Cadillac, one of the gang members caliberated for target and fire the shell overhead the car being in chase...

Meanwhile back in Uptown, an Phantomz Elite was looking at the scene of the attack from a distance...once the Phantomz destroyed the Cadillac. They will give the call to the SMPF to tell them the good news.

Another of the Medics' Cadillacs turned a corner and saw the destruction. Realizing it was one of their vehicles, the passenger pulled a .357 from the glove box and took aim. Missing with the first shot, he steadied his hand again and decimated one of the Phantomz's rear tires.

The SMPF, having been busy with the men in the warehouse, had heard gunshots from behind. The waiting armoured car reversed, and saw two cars; one with a blown out tire, and another one with men sitting in it and shooting the car. The men in the shooting car were oblivious to the armoured car until they saw the cannon point at them. Three shells were fired.

The Medic car slammed the accelerator and turned a hard left. The first two shells blew harmlessly by, the second striking the car with the blown tire. The third shell however blew through the car killing two passengers and narrowly letting an injured driver leave on foot.

The armoured car, focused on that area, spotted the fleeing man and fired one shell and ripped the air with its co-axial machine gun. Scores of bullets flew through the air towards the injured driver.

Meanwhile, the other armoured car was having difficulties eliminating the effectively camouflaged men hiding in the warehouse. Eventually, the armoured car resorted to scorched earth; it would leave no trace of the warehouse, kill everyone in it, but leave it of no use to the SMPF. So, the armoured car started firing at the massive support beams that held up the roof, which attracted the attention of the other men. The SMPF officers inside the armoured car knew what was happening, and covered all of the doorways with the PKHMGs sticking out of the gun ports.

The medics were gone from the scene, but far from wiped off the map. The trunk closed on the last Buick at the airport and the group split up. Two cadillacs escorted a Monte Carlo back to a mansion of impressive size where all three cars were emptied of their load. The other cars were to take their cargo to safehouses around their territory.

Inside the Mansion
"Dr." A man in a white shirt came to report. "I don't wish to upset you, but we seem to have a problem."
"Well then John, what is it?" Dr. Raddatz sat in a leather office chair, sipping from a glass of red wine.
"I fear that two cars and five good men have been lost in their escape from the pier."
"Damn it! Find out how, and I mean now!" The doctor slammed his glass down on an oak desk, cracking the base.

The Phantomz stopped their Dodge Camaro and stepped out of the car...One of the men ordered their car to be repaired one of the men made a sign to the men they are not enemies. "The name is Cero Espada, and as an elite, we are here to assist you in this gang war...maybe we should have an chat at the apartments in Coral after you finished dealing with the gang remnants here..."

The sniper smiled as the Police forces attempted to throw grenades up to him. He was lying prone on top of a three story building, they couldn't reach him. Instead he turned to face the next officer poking his head from behind cover.

"Right! Everybody out!" a few of the gang members started to creep out through a back entrance and onto the water. They woud escape in a few boats. The leader laughed as the Armoured Car drove into the warehouse in order to reach the last few support pillars.

"SAOR EIRE ABU!" he shouted loudly as he threw his lighter into a nearby crate.

The explosion ripped through both the warehouse and the surrounding area, destroying almost the entire pier. Most of the gunmen left behind were thrown high into the air along with the sniper camped on the roof. There was nothing left but a burning skeleton

The gang members ducked, as the thug finished changing the tires, a piece of debris hit the gangster, killing him instantly. The rest of the men entered their car and left the scene and one of the thugs phoned some men to get backup

The SMPF armoured car that was inside the warehouse started backing up as soon as the roof started collapsing. However, a large piece of concrete landed on the engine screen, and the car exploded in a fireball that licked the ceiling of the sky. The other armoured car spotted the getaway car and started chasing it. As the armoured car drove towards the getaway, one of the tires crushed a bit of the pier. When it was released, the getaway car was just barely in sight. A distress call was sent.

"In need of reinforcements, over."

"Roger, one armoured car incoming."

At the redoubt, six officers boarded one armoured car, and started driving in the general direction of the getaway car. The other armoured car turned a corner to see the getaway car driving right into the reinforcements. The officers readied the fireports, and the main cannon started blazing out shells.

As the shells began to explode 10 armed Mafia men crept to the rooftop of an adjacent warehouse. Seven were armed with Spiculum rocket launchers and the rest with stolen .50 machine guns. The ones with the rocket launchers took aim at the vehicles and fired. If anyone was alive they would be killed by the machine guns.

A single small speed boat sits near the flaming warehouse, watching the last few gangsters escape. A man, shadows falling across him, obscuring his face, spoke. "Follow."
The boat turned and began to shadow the Irish gangster's boats.
