The ways of God in Nature, as in Providence, are not as our ways; nor are the models that we frame any way commensurate to the vastness, profundity, and unsearchableness of His works, which have a depth in them greater than the well of Democritus. Joseph Glanville
Space...an infinite expansion. I's boundries are unknown and seemingly limitless, not bounded by Earthly calculations or measurements. A srawling canvas, painted by an unknown artist, a great creator whose works dazzle and spellbound. Many theories exist as to its' creation, but none ever thoroughly explained or given any solid evidence to point to a certain conclusion. This Universe compromises insurmountable stars, galaxies, planets, and such. Earth...a planet of particular interest...our planet. Fabled to be the only planet with substantial life. Where humansd build, destroy, and build again. As humans toil with their Earthly business, they often cast their gaze skyward, always wondering, always asking the question: Are we alone? It is an unanswerable question which has plagued our imaginations for thousands of years. Now, we reach out to the stars in a quest to answer that question and solve this universal riddle. Aboard The Copernicus we will explore this vast ocean, a dark void in hopes of finding a new life as well as ourselves. We enter a Maelstrom of which everything we knew and desired is consumed along with our very selves and we must confront our demons, lest we fail and are banished from Eden.
