The useless war.

The useless war that Kahanistan wanted nothing to do with, content to let the Questarian Commonwealth and NATO slaughter each other in brutal warfare that would change the balance of power in the world.

The war that had seen much of western Havenic Kahanistan fall to the Doomani, even as the rest of the war fronts calmed, and now seemed to be aimed solely at wiping out the nation and people of Kahanistan.

Kahanistan had been slow to call in its allies in the COMECON-SD for many reasons, mainly national pride, refusing to entertain the possibility that they would not be able to resist Doomingsland. Now, they agreed to do what they had joined the alliance for - to save their asses now that the Allaneans, Aequatians, and other nations had left them to hang.

The Government of Kahanistan has come under attack, through no fault of its own, simply so the Questarian Commonwealth could control the Strobovian Strait.

However, we have held long enough that all other fronts, save our own, have faltered, and yet the war continues. Our enemies do not seek peace, and have in fact used nuclear weapons against civilian population centres. Yet, we have not retaliated in kind.

Our enemies murder our people for not following their religion. We believe that we have the right to choose our own beliefs. Our enemies believe that might makes right. We believe that right makes might.

Therefore, as a last resort, we ask the forces of the COMECON-SD, of which we are a member, to join us in our heroic struggle against tyranny, genocide, and religious fanaticism.

Bynamar would like to help your contry. we are currently in another war but we can send in 40 units of infantry men consisting of 10 in each unit. 5 tank units with 5 tanks in each unit. 30 apache helicopters, 25 mig29's, 10 F-22's. 15 sniper units with 2 men in each unit. and last i will supply you with 5 units of b-52's each unit consists of 50 bombers.

We're pleased to hear the old Community for Mutual Economic and Strategic Development's name being raised again in your transmission, although alas we fear the alliance may be dead again; mostly due to the rise and fall of EVIL and matters related thereto. I've heard by coded message to my office from our military staffs aloft per our present Ennuisian Emergency, that given your nation's present location behind the Havenic Curtain as well as our own commitments regarding potential hostilities with said Ennuisians, direct commitment of our forces is simply impossible. Even were it not a matter of the Haven Defense Initiative possibly being an obstacle, the logistics of the operation would be close to beyond us if not truly so. It isn't a matter of not wanting to strike back at Caesar Doomanus, but rather one of simply being unable for now.

However, we refuse to abandon an ally in need. We hope that the money from our recent purchases at KMI has served the war effort well, and we are prepared to commit more funds. To wit, the sum of five-hundred billion ($500,000,000,000) Universal Standard Dollars will be wired annually from our Defense budget via secret accounts so as to preserve anonymity; for whatever use the Free Havenic Republic may deem fit. This infusion shall continue for as long as Kahanistan is beset by its enemies, or else in need of rebuilding, or in whatever other straits it deems may require this discretionary funding. Additionally, to make up for any delays, a futher one-trillion ($1,000,000,000,000) universal standard dollars is to be wired, by different but equally-covert accounts in our possession, as an immediate payment in bulk from our Commerce budget. This is as discretionary a payment as the first, and may be used to whatever end civil or military.

However, after inquiring further with the staffs about the matter, I personally would advise focusing the funds on the civilian evacuation effort for your people. The Joint Chiefs were actually quite blunt with me, saying that and I quote, "Kahanistan hasn't a snowball's chance in Hell given the current situation in Haven. Too many Doomani-allies there, all of whom can now focus on Kahanistan at their discretion since it's the only active front; and we know what the HDI powers think of us from what happened during the Clandonian-Vetakan War." I'm just a banker by trade, so I wouldn't know all the military aspects, but nonetheless it indeed seems that the military situation is lost. Those who wish to die in your land's defense, naturally I salute, but for now direct aid to your people in fleeing to safety strikes my government as the wisest course of action. However, as said, this is your money; if you paid your soldiers' and workers' salaries with it, or purchased arms, we'd have no problem either, so take it and defy Caesar yet comrades!

While I stand behind the Havinic curtain, and would not be harmed by the Haven Defensive Initiative, as the Wagdian's would, several factors still prevent me from aiding you. Should the Doomani have attacked you alone, Kampfers would hear your call. While we rely on many of the weapons produced by the Doomani, we despise the face of slavery and would fight it in any theatre. However, you arew not at war with the Doomani alone. The Zukariaans and the Questarian Commonwealth also descend upon your nation, and agains these nations we will not bear arms.

indentEven if Kampfers were to sally forth with the whole of its armed forces, the battle would still result in a convincing loss. The battle for Havenic Kahanistan is over; all we can hope to do now is evacuate as many as possible. Even still, Kampfers can not commit much to aid you. Our logisitical situation due to impending war with the Ennusians is in much disarray, and commiting even the smallest detachment of soldiers or civilian airliners could throw or nation into a frenzy. Unfortunately, we can also not supply you with any mony at this time as well. Frankly, we have committed large amounts of money to help rebuild the Questarian economy, and we have also commited even larger sums to preparing for war with the Ennusians. At this time, we are completely unprepared to aid you.

indentHowever, not all hope is lost. Should the Doomani pursue your forces outside of Haven, we will make a better attempt to aid you, and we will call upon their Havenic allies to remove their aid. It is good to hear from old COMECON-SD again, even if it is in a dire situation. Perhaps more will hear this, and more will remember the good days.

The Federation of RorMire will send trains of supplies to the people that suffered atacks,will also acept any refugees and will send ground vehicles as Tanks and Apcs to tranport troops and supplies not with the objective to atack but to mantain peace.

Furthermore due to your position within Haven I would be powerless to intervene due to the Haven Curtain. However what I can do is ensure you recieve as much Financial aid as possible. It is with regret that we hear of your plight, and even more so that we cannot aid you against the disgusting forces that invade your lands. The Havenic Curtain would undoubtedly prevent us from making our way to you, preventing any military assistance.
