The nation of Stoklomolvi has decided to open its doors to international affairs after spending countless years in solitude in a small, dying region known as Listibaldia. Stoklomolvi welcomes all countries who wish to establish embassies in Vladistov, the nation's capital.

As such, countries that wish to establish embassies in Stoklomolvi have a number of choices. They can choose to occupy a pre-existing building in the Embassy Compound, monitored by armed SMPF and the Imperial Guard, or they can choose to construct their own building in the city itself. The building must follow Stoklomolvi Construction Guidelines, else the country that constructed the embassy will be asked to reformat the building.

The Embassy Compound is a massive concrete compound. It is surrounded by concrete walls about seven (7) feet high, and these walls are topped with barbed wire. Armed guards are stationed at massive guard towers that loom over the walls, and members of the Imperial Guard are stationed at the gates. The SMPF patrol the insides of the buildings, where most buildings are currently vacant.

First one quick question: Would it be alright if, when our leader visits your country he brings with him a 8 man security force to augment the 5 we already have at the embassy? If not disregard the mention of the security team in point A.

A.) In the event our leader decides to visit your country we would need the Landcruisers to accommodate his security team. One of the Chinooks is for the Mr. Syndny, along with 2 of the Landcruisers, and the C-45. The other Chinook is exclusively for our leader to go between the airfield and the embassy.

B.) The embassy is also a place where any of our tourist can come in the event they, for some reason run out of money and need assistance to return.

C.) The storage tanks are for our diesel generators, which we will use to power our embassy so as to not put an undue strain on your cities power supply.

Also it is a nice offer of the SMPF officers. We do not need them though, unless an high ranking member of our government is visiting your nation, in which case we will inform you ahead of time and request extra security.

Your leader may come and he go as he wishes and he may bring troops as needed, but what I am mainly concerned about is the embassy itself. Addressing your concerns,

A.) In the event our leader decides to visit your country we would need the Landcruisers to accommodate his security team. Now that you have explained it, this is fine.

This is also perfectly fine with an explanation, and as such this has been given a confirmation of agreement.

C.) The storage tanks are for our diesel generators, which we will use to power our embassy so as to not put an undue strain on your cities power supply.
You will not need to worry about straining our power grid, for the city is powered by a large nuclear power plant in the outskirts of the city. It provides electricity using sixteen nuclear reactors, and as such you may want to leave out three of the diesel generators and leave one just in case the city power grid fails, which is unlikely.

occ: That is actually one of the main functions of an embassy, and most embassies have their own power supply...

The Beatus, if you ever have a comment that is out of character (examples: how do I do this? My favorite color is blue!!! How do you get 10000 people?) use OCC: in front of it, unless the thread says OCC only at the top. In this case, it wasn't interly occ, it was a good question.

And that was a tip from me!!!!!:D

OOC: Very true, but why use diesel generators? Why not something more compact, like a solar generator or a coal power facility?

Mr. Syndny sends his Thanks. We will keep the extra generators for we use a lot of electricity. We have many storage rooms for we don't trust computer records so we back up all computer records with paper ones. We built in enough room to hold 10 years plus paper records. Our staff and equipment shall arrive at the embassy at 6:00am Monday morning local time.

OCC: solar power is too expensive and inefficient, and coal power takes up a lot of room and uses large amounts of coal. Also coal is not as clean as diesel.

Ambassador Syndny sends his thanks for this generous act of friendship between our two countries. This is a little off topic but our nation's leader, His Holiness, Edwardo Listless, will be taking a tour of our new embassy in your country and he would enjoy meeting your great nations glorious leader. If you would like to set something up he will be arriving next Saturday, with a full 8 man security detail. He will land at the airport in the C-45, before getting on his Chinook for the final leg to the embassy. This would be a great step in improving diplomatic relations between our two minutes.
