Well, I was thinking about different types of flags and ensigns and vexillology in general and ecided to make this thread. If you use an RL nation's flag it is assumed you use the same flag for the same purposes, for example, if you use the british flag you use the Red Ensign, the Blue Ensign and the White Ensign for thei respective purposes. If your flag is your own which means that someone used photoshop or paint to make it, then don't forget if proportions and what the design for civillian, state and military use is on land and at sea.

Vertical Tribands
Uiri - 2:3, a vertical triband of blue, green and orange each band equal, use for any entity on land; 3:5, blue with a vertical triband of blue, green and orange each band equal in canton, use by state and military ships; 3:5, red with a vertical triband of blue, green and orange each band equal in canton, use by civillian and merchant ships
Horizontal Tribands
Dalnijrus - 1:2, a horizontal triband of yellow, blue and white, civillian, government and military land use and civillian and government sea use; 2:3, a blue saltire on a white backround, military sea use
Divided in half
Alfegos - 3:5, black but divided from top right to left bottom corners by a blue fimbrated ornage line. In the top left half at the top are three orange stars below that a thick line then a thin line then a thick line. In the lower right half is an orange plam tree, for civillian, government and military land and sea use; 3:5, black divided by a blue fimbrated yellow line from the top right to the btoom left. The top left half is decorated with ten star outlines in orange which are four right along the edge of the flag three beside those two beside those and one last one at the top. In the bottom right half there is a yellow tree, for use by communist Alfegons
Caelapes - 1:2, Blazon: Per pale lozengy Argent and Sanguine and the first, in sinister a fleur-de-lis of the second, for civillian and government land and sea use; 3:5, Blazon: Per fess Argent, in fess a jewel Azure and a fleur-de-lis of the same, in base, three bars fesswise Azure, Celeste, and Vert, for military land and sea use

Velkya - 3:5, blue with three large white stars in the middle forming a pyramid of one stacked on top of the other two and around the three-star-pyramid are twelve stars which form a pentagon, civillian, government and military land use and civillian sea use if the civillian is not in possesion of the civillian maritime flag; 3:5, blue with a white scandinavian cross made of three separate white bands going across and down. In the top left square fromed by the scandinavian cross are three large white stars forming a pyramid of one stacked on top of the other two and around the three-star-pyramid are twelve stars which form a pentagon. In the top right corner formed by the cross are the words 'Chalybs Quod Incenia' in white lettering, government and military sea use, the version for civillian sea use omits the lettering and is used whenever it is available
