Message from the Imperial Office of Home Affairs:

A ragtag group of rebels have some how managed to capture the capital of Hadriak Province, Jekkar, and have declared their independence from the empire. The Sarandanonian Imperial Army lacks the resources to engage these rebels to the north and we are humbly asking for assistance. Upon the recapture of the province those who have aided Sarandanonia will recieve a general land grant in the Province of Syyri Baast near the Danonian Imperial City. The use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons are strictly forbidden. All captured rebels will be treated as prisoners of war and transported to Fort Justice in the southern part of the country. This was sent to Her Excellency the Empress just before Hadriak officially announced its independence:

For too long have we suffered under the cruel banner of your family. For too long have we been forced to answer to the every beck and call of the Allanon family and the Danonian people. We have formed a new country in the old imperial province of Hadriak, we have formed a democratic country. The ways of your imperial tyrannism will end while the people of Sarandanonia will soon embrace a new order. The Order of Democracy; of Rule by the People!

The Foreign Affairs Board (FABPACUN)

This board would like to take the time necessary to announce its recognition of the independence of Hadriak.

Even though we do not share any commonalities nor similarities, we feel that by supporting the independence of Hadriak, we are sending another punch into the face of international Capitalistic imperialism, despite it being more psychological than physical.

So be it. The Empire of Sarandanonia is hereby severing ties with the nation of Noveta. Any Novetan citizen in the Empire will immediatly be deported and Novetan citizens will be barred from reentering the country until this war is over.

If there is to be talks for a peaceful resolution it will have to take place in the Imperial Governors Palace in the city of Cyrediil, in the province of Daas Lya Baast.

The Imperial government will not support the assassination of President Vanier. If the ICCD wishs to persue that course of action. So be it.

Dian State Exports Representative, along with a few members of the Logothe's Office are set to meet in the city of Cyrediil. If the President is willing to also meet there then a L.O. representative is willing to mediate the discussion.

In regard to arms, what would you like and how much?

We have a large stock of soviet equipment AK's (47,74/102 and modified) RPG usable with the AK's by Rifle Firing) ammunition, a broad base of modern tanks and APC's, mortars, and countless other peices of equipment, as well as support systems, GPS, computer systems, accoustics, sensors, etc.. high tec and low tec. ICCD also has it's own domestic weapon systems that are available for export but resupply of domestic equipment may be more difficult because only we or a very small number of others produce the ammunition we use in our domestic weapons, rechambering is a possibility though. We also have body armours, and countless other things
