To the nations of the Galaxy
As our nation moves from its former status as a Military Republic to a full Republic, we are now fully opening our borders to allow other nations to establish permanent diplomatic nations within New Tortuga.
Nations are asked to have a minimal military presence in favor of a governmental police force for the purpose of Embassy protection.
Also, we encourage our new residents to bring a large vessel, preferably non-combatant, for the purpose of a mobile diplomatic vessel in the event of a war or if the ambassador is invited to attend a Diplomatic Meeting by the President.
Thirdly, we ask that you encourage merchants from your nation to bring stores to ours, for the purpose of furthering trade.
Due to the nature of New Tortuga, free Public Transportation is provided to all residents of any status free of charge. Therefore, a minimal ground vehicle contingent is necessary
each Embassy is restricted to a maximum height of five levels, with a maximum of five conference rooms, two lobbies, one large waiting room, 23 offices rooms (Divided among cubicles and offices as you wish [30 cubicles or 5 offices]), a security station, an armory, three bedrooms, a galley, two mess facilities, and the necessary number of facilities.
