House Of Representitives:An elecetd body of the government. It proposes bills for the Empress to pass and is totally elected by a Decmocratic method. All parties are allowed to participate in the vote if they have a representitive.

House Of Wills: A group of 100 represntitives directly proportional to the percentage of votes recieved by the parties. In example, if the Conservatives recieved 10% of the vote they would recieve 10 seats in the House Of Wills. The HoW serves as a place where the current Monarch recieves the bills and heas the debates of the people.
