Weapons

Materials

Kyer
Kyer is a metal unique to Dracious with a blackish emerald appearance though in its purest forms it is more black. This strange metal is almost unbreakable and the mining and forging process are closely guarded secrets. This metal can be sharpened to create a keen blade with no equal cutting through thick armor and flesh with ease. Surprisingly this metal is also incredibly light making it ideal for use. This metal makes incredible blades and armor but is used for little else.

Necro-Plasma
Necro-Plasma is a form of energy created by Dracionain scientist in a secret process called Neikerogoravoplatsmanero Separation. For purpose of ease it has been officially named necro-plasma. Necro-Plasma is a powerful source of energy for Dracious and for Dracionain weapons .All of Dracious’ guns contain some form of this tremendous energy. Necro-Plasma can be identified for its signature sickly green glow which has become almost trademark of Dracious’ guns. A strange side effect of necro-plasma weapons is that biological parts in the affected area and around it will become “dead” or in other words cease to function, examples are a limp leg, unconsciousness, difficulty or lose or ability to breath.

Blades

Kyerblades
Dracious is a warrior society deeply rooted in tradition, and close combat fighting has been one of its proudest traditions. These weapons have blades formed entirely of necro-plasma charged keyr forged blades. The combination of these two technologies gives the blade a very faint glow, increases the cutting effectiveness of the blade a little, but the main feature of this combination is to make the already durable keyr almost immune to dulling or breaking over time making blades that will never break or dull in a soldier’s lifetime. All Dracionains are trained in the use of bladed weapons from birth to use blades both for sport and with future military service in mind. And once in the military their training becomes fierce turning them into warriors deadly in the arts of the blade combat. Every soldier in the Dracionain army has a kyerblade depending on rank and preference. Average soldiers have dagger-like blades with a blade length form 14-26 inches depending on the soldier’s preference (if an officer sees fit his solider can have a blade of a different size). Officers have more sword like blades with varying length though they can have a bladed weapon of their choice. High ranking officers, Dragoons, and Shadow Stalkers have any weapon of their choice, customized to them for maximum fighting effectiveness.

Borgov Blades
These blades are specialized killing tools of the Shadow Stalkers. The purpose of these blades to effectively kill without leaving a trace. The materials and construction of these mysterious blades are one of the most well keep secrets of Dracious. Not as strong or durable as kyerblades these weapons are meant to be used for a single killing blow. The Shadow Stalkers carry a liquid which the coat this blades in every 5 hours, without which the blades would crumble into nothing. Only meant for assassinations these blades are only between 4-8 inches in length. The blades when embedded into flesh cut as little as possible while sending an undetectable jolt through nerves to the brain instantly sends them into an unconscious state while another jolt of death follows, not allowing any screams or indication of attack from the victim. Also the blade while doing minimum damage to the outer layer of skin also speeds the healing process of the skin making any marks almost un-seeable and if giving long enough nonexistent.

Guns

Mechgun
The mechgun is the standard gun in the Dracious military. This automatic or semiautomatic gun fires a stream of necro-plasma charged shells. This gun is very accurate at short range decreasing with longer range. The mechgun fires extremely rapidly the charged shells causing small explosions on impact. This gun is not long barreled giving it extreme usability in close quarters. This gun has a 200 shot magazine.

Buster Rifle
The Buster Rifle is a common weapon in the Dracious military. This rifle fires an 8 shot burst or single shots of long range armor piercing rounds charged with necro-plasma. As opposed to the mechgun the Buster Rifle is designed for open fighting not as useful in close quarters while it has a better accuracy at long range. It is not uncommon for soldiers to put bayonets on buster rifles though it is not quiet known why. This very accurate gun has 80 round clips.

Vhaal Caster
The Vhaal Caster is a sniper rifle and unique in the Dracionain arsenal in that it doesn’t use necro-plasma. This rifle focuses on accuracy above power, its highly armor piercing round traveling with perfect accuracy. Used by battlefield snipers and sometimes Shadow Stalkers for long range assassinations. The Vhaal Caster is good for picking off figures of importance or officers on the battlefield, though in testing the Vhaal Caster has shown it can pierce the armor of light vehicles though this is not considered a practical use for the weapon. The Vhaal Caster is a single shoot weapon.

Warpthrower
The Warpthrower is the standard issue pistol carried by all soldiers. This short range high powered side arm fires necro-plasma charged rounds. The Warpthrower fires a single shot, its round highly charged with necro-plasma making it explosive and penetrative. The Warpthrower is not large and does not produce any kick, meaning most soldiers wield this weapon with one hand, commonly with a blade in the other hand. The Warpthrower has 32 round clips.

Gouter
The Gouter is a personal flamethrower available to the average infantry. Not requiring any large tanks of gas or bulky it is very mobile. A disadvantage to this is that the Gouter cannot hold large amounts of munitions. The Gouter has a small tank that attaches to the Gouter while the small tank doesn’t hold much it produces a great amount of fuel while still not nearly as much as the standard bulky flamethrowers. Most soldiers as a result carry a couple of these tanks with them to restock their Gouter.

Estraven’s Bane
This gun is a large heavy weapon used for against vehicles, fortifications, cover, and tight formations. The gun itself is large, it is held with the barrel underneath the arm of the wielder, but the gun includes a bulky energy mechanism which attaches to the back of the wielder. This gun fires an orb of necro-plasma which travels slightly slower than most projectiles but on impact creates a ground shaking explosion which while eradicate most targets. This gun does not run off ammo but instead has a cool down time, the gun can be fired rapidly but doing so can fry the pack or worse cause it to explode. Also the more the weapon is fired the higher its cool down time becomes, letting the gun recharge more than is needed brings the time back down, while firing before it recharges enough drastically increases the cool down time (and the other effects listed before).

Pikegun
The Pikegun is a long lance-like gun which fires a condensed beam of necro-plasma, great for penetrating armor and taking down large armored threats. This large gun is unwieldy and bulky and unsuited to the standard infantry but Lancer riders utilize it to spectacular effects. In addition the gun comes with a mounted blade and the gun itself due to the design of the gun and some modification for this purpose can be used as a lance by the Lancer riders. Although many Lancer riders carry kyer spears for this purpose the Pikegun offers a undeniable advantage.

Vehicle Guns

Stubber
The stubber is simply a large vehicle mounted a rotary automatic gun with necro-plasma charged semi armor piercing rounds. This makes the stubber an anti-infantry gun and useful against lightly armored vehicles. A space made version of the stubber exist known as plasma stubbers meant for use against fighter ships. This gun comes in many variations depending on use, some are built for longer range or accuracy, some as anti-vehicle guns with greater armor piercing capabilities, and some have a higher rate of fire. In truth stubber is a very general term for a mounted gun which comes in many variants.

Crusher Missiles
Crusher Missiles are missiles mounted on vehicles. These missiles are launched by the pilot or sometimes another operator through a remote link. These missiles lock on to their target and home in flying around any obstacles in their path. These highly explosive missiles are designed to destroy the armor of more heavily armored vehicles or fortifications. Usually only one or two Crusher Missiles are on a single vehicle.

Howarz Gatlings
The Howarz Gatling is an improved version of the stubber, capable of unleashing many more bullets, with more power, and with better penetration. This gun is a capable weapon against all but heavily armored vehicles but is devastating against lightly armored vehicles. The Howarz Gatlings’ necro-plasma is also more charged making the rounds explosive on impact. Like the stubber variants exist but in this case the variations are in size, larger ones tending to be better (duh!). Some more recent versions of this gun have the strange ability to fire all their rounds at the same time creating a large highly explosive blast of necro-plasma.

Interceptor Missiles
These missiles are cheap guided missiles meant solely to intercept incoming projectiles. These missiles are fired in swarms and guided to strike at a giving target even if it’s moving. The missiles cause a small explosion on impact, to make sure that they detonate any projectile they come in contact with and also making them effective covering fire against infantry.

Moanger Swarmer Pods
Also known as javelin missiles the Moanger missile is a powerful missile that despite the name is mostly fired in pairs or single while larger vehicles fire them in swarms. Moanger missiles are small and compact housing a decent tracking system so that missiles can track their targets (If given one), the missiles thought are meant for blowing of armor so are (almost) never used with light walkers and tanks. Moanger missiles are also used as a single missile for smaller vehicles that while alone won’t do much damage to large armor will dish out some in groups. Moanger missiles are release a “acidic” form of necro-plasma that after the explosion melts away at armor and inside components.

Malical Gun
The Malical Gun is a new weapon which fries a blue bolt of energy which resembles a lighting bolt. This bolt is very effective at frying armor and other components of vehicles. This gun is specialized against vehicles; while it can fry infantry (very fun!) it is most effective against vehicles. The bolt also has an EMP effect on vehicles causing them to malfunction or simply stop working.

Blazer Canon
The Blazer Canon is a MAC (we all know what a MAC gun is right?) gun which fires a large bullet with supercharged necro-plasma creating a massive explosion upon impact. The explosion of supercharged nerco-plasma creates a explosion which annihilates anything within the blast radius. All Blazer Canons have a cool down time before they can be fired again, but this varies on the type of Blazer Canon (they vary in size) and the heat sinks on the vehicle using the canon.

Dreadnought Canon
The Dreadnought Canon is an anti-armor weapon that fires a large column (at least that’s how the blazing ball of necro-plasma is described) of super-powered necro-plasma with devastating effects. The same version of the weapon is used for the walker and spaceship.

Armor

Dragon Mail
Dragon Mail is the standard issue armor of the Dracious formed from thick steel-mesh padding armor filled with a Kyer mail, the outside plates are made of a hard titanium alloy. Also the armor comes with a helmet made from a (very) harden plastic and titanium alloy all have some form of communications. A helmet may come with more equipment depending on the situation. This armor is very mobile often times with camouflage gear worn over, making a very affective armor for shielding the wear and allowing maneuverability. More elite troops often have Dragon Mail made of Kyer instead of titanium.

Juggernaut Armor
Juggernaut Armor is a special unit’s armor. This large cumbersome armor is a giant bulky suit formed of many layers of kyer and strong alloys making an almost impenetrable suit of armor. If this wasn’t enough the suit has a shield projector which creates a powerful energy shield which protects the front of the wearer to an even greater degree. Juggernaut Armor also has strength enhancing units for the entire body or else very few would be able to operate in this heavy armor, this also allows the wearer to wield heavy weapons and lift heavy objects with ease. Disadvantages to this armor are low maneuverability, low fields of vision, and no stealth capabilities. To make up for the first two “Juggernauts” as they are called always travel in groups bringing destruction and devastation wherever the go.

Dragoon Armor
Dragoon armor is an enhanced version of Dragon Mail but is always customized to the Dragoons preferences. Dragoon armor can be very much like Juggernaut Armor or in the very rare case very much so resemble Shadowskin but there is no standard norm. Dragoon armor is normally made from pure kyer and other hard alloys affording much more protection for the wearer. Also all Dragoon armor comes with a shield caster which creates a strong energy shield around the entire dragoon though the shield has its limits. Also Dragoon Armor commonly comes with strength enhancing units and advanced computer displays in the helmets giving them constant battlefield updates and allowing perfect coordination between Dragoons. Dragoon armor (with the exception of the stealth oriented pieces) are extremely ornamental with dazzling design, extra plates and mantles, and all manner of decoration that create the awe inspiring figure the Dragoons are famous as.

Shadowskin
Shadowskin is the armor of the Shadow Stalkers, a suit made of a thin layer of kyer mesh. But shadowskin is designed with stealth in mind not protection. This amazing suit blurs the very space around the wearer making him blend perfectly into the night and shadow (not to mention making a hard target to hit or keep track of). Also the suit itself muffles sounds, walking and rubbing the suit against anything produces a noise hardly hearable by man. Next the shadowskin mask the wearer’s heat, reducing the advantages of heat detection. The suit is also perfectly flexible for mobility. Strangely Shadowskin “melts” away if its not worn by a living creature (a certain mass of the suit must be in contact with living tissue, plant tissue doesn’t count) or kept in a special chamber only Dracious possesses for a space longer than 20 minutes. The “liquid” if that’s what it could be called is acidic, melting the body of an assassin if he dies in it.

Vehicles

Dracious contains a massive army accompanied by a great number of land vehicles. These vehicles range from the light anti-troop walkers to the massive titanic city destroyers. Although they field vehicles for every role the Dracioans prefer the mobility provided by walker vehicles. The vehicles shown here are simply the common vehicles of their class while many others exist.

Lancer
Lancers are hover bikes which can travel high over the ground at amazing speeds. Lancers are welled armored personal transports which bear an assortment of weapons. Many feature twin stubbers, some come with Interceptor Missiles, few come with Moanger swamer pods, the very rare case they bear a Malical Gun. Personal riding Lancers travel in groups making “Bike Calvary” which are devastating when used correctly.

MLR-5
The MLR-5 is a light class walker. It exchanges armor for speed and sports two sets of twin heavy stubbers. This combination of speed and power makes it excellent against ground troops and other (very) light vehicles. Each also carries two crusher missiles. The MLR-5s are very common vehicles in the Dracioan army.

Lazar Drake
The Lazar Drake is a deadly combination of armor and firepower, still managing a modest speed for a medium walker. The Lazar Drake bears two Howarz Gatlings, twin Javelin swarmer pods, and a Blazer Cannon. This makes the Lazar Drake a great multi situational vehicle. Together making the Lazar Drake a vehicle to be feared.

Jeri’Khan
A new and not yet widely used model the Jeri’Khan wields two Blazer Cannons with a low cool down time and two Howarz Gatlings, each in pairs on each side of the vehicle. The Jeri”Khan is well armored and faster then other heavy mechs but is still not yet perfected and must be thoroughly tested before it truly finds its place in the army. Also this new mech features the newly created Malical Gun further increasing its use against enemy armor.

Dreadnought
The Dreadnought is the only Siege class walker to be actually used in a battle. This colossal walker is a very specialized walker, against fortifications and other heavy vehicles. This walker focuses on its extreme armor, while having enough engine power to maintain a (questionable) speed. The only weapons this walker has are two large(er than normal) Dreadnought Cannons. This vehicle has no other weapons

Stormlord
The Stormlord is a massive walker of mammoth proportions. The Stormlord is heavily armored Titian class walker wielding a gatling Blazer Cannon system of deadly potential capable of blowing entire rows of buildings or armed masses in no time. Next it has two sets of Javelin missile pods also with two MAC rails. Last the Stormlord has four large stubbers turrets located on the sides of its body. The Stormlord has been “launched” at enemy fortifications and armies from a Dopplor ship, but the Angel of Pain is much more suited to this task.

Angel of Pain
The Angel of Pain is a gargantuan super heavy tank with outstanding armor and even better firepower this tank is extremely rare. The Angel of Pain supports a necro-gamma gun that fires a beam of unstable energy that excels in blasting through vehicle armor. It also has twin rotary cannons that rain charged slugs on infantry and two side Vengeance pods which fire missiles that upon contact with anything plant mines. This odd tank also has shield generators protecting it from long range assault. Another oddity of this tank is that it is commonly deployed by being dropped into the planet from space; troops also use this method to land on a planet sometimes the troops go in armored pods while the Angel of Pain is just dropped on its own.

Space Technology
The Dracioan Space Navy is weak, at least in comparison of the strength of its army. Containing a small number of ships compared to other nations of its size. The only common models of the navy are found here.

Drones
Drones are small remote control ships that are speedy little devils. With almost no armor and little (semi) anti-armor necro-plasma lasers it’s can’t manage much on its own so it makes up for in the swarms it comes in. These ship swarm in the hundreds (or in some cases the thousands).

Warhelms
Warhelms are the vicious fighter ships of Dracious. Marvels in their technology the Warhelms combine speed, armor, and power all in one nasty combination. The Warhelm’s weapon is a devastating necro-gamma weapon. This ship is the mainstay fighter of Dracious Space Navy and their greatest space engineering triumph.

Baneship
The Baneship is a large transport ship. The Baneship is lined with about 8-16 plasma stubbers depending on the size and has two Dreadnought Cannons, both on the bottom. This is the standard army transport, while it also provides support to landed troops.

Dopplor Ship
The Dopplor ship is a massive transport ship that’s role is to transport in armies, and in the case of certain units drop them in from space. This is achieved in two ways, one infantry of any type can be loaded into Screamerpods which are armored pods which allow the troops to quickly drop from the space bound ship through the atmosphere and onto the planets surface quickly and safely, these pods differ in sizes from small ones only being able to fit a squad of men to larger ones that can fit up to 50 men. The second method is one only achieved by the Angel of Pain, simply drop it down by itself no protection or anything the thick armor of the tank protects it as well as any other protection could. Stormlords can be brought in by similar means but don’t take to the atmosphere or the landing as well resulting in some damage.

Dragonship
The Dragonship is a rare ship and the only assault class capital ship of Dracious. This behemoth has high armor and massive firepower with at least 12 Blazer Turrets running down each side, at least 4 Dreadnought Turrets and one Gamma Amplifier Cannon on the front. The Dragonships are built differently to fit certain needs, for example Ahiezar’s flagship the Barokcailler has 20 Blazer Turrets on each side, 8 Dreadnought Guns and a Marvious Pattern (its more powerful) Gamma Amplifier Cannon.

Military Organizations

Dragoons
The Dragoons are officially the King’s personal army formed of the best of all soldiers. In truth the Dragoons operate more independently performing various battlefield roles. Dragoons are the best of the best, outstripping all other soldiers in all areas. They are equipped with the best wargear that Dracious can provide but each Dragoon customizes his equipment to fit their preferences. The King is the leader of the Dragoons but due to his many other duties the Kaiser who is second in command is usually seen commanding the Dragoons. The current Kaiser (unofficial leader) of the Dragoons is Ahiezar.

Shadow Stalkers
The Shadow Stalkers are the elite assassins and operatives in Dracious. Raised from birth and trained intensively to kill and remain undetectable. These shady figures are rarely used for they perform their cruel craft most efficiently. The agents of the Shadow Stalkers are few and fare between, genetically enhanced to perform to the best of their ability trained to their best and tactical geniuses these are not the men you want to meet in a dark ally. The Shadow Stalkers don’t have any hierarchy or chain of command but Aluslaughter Heirkenner assigns and deploys them (nothing else is known about the master of information).

Sorcerers
Sorcerers are gifted few who are born with strange mental powers thought by the Dracoians to be blessings from some god. Sorcerers have great power some being able to bend the fabric of space and time itself. The Dracioan government takes these individuals and trains them both for their purposes and safety reasons, because untrained Sorcerer can be unstable and can deal great damage to all around them without proper control of their own abilities. Sorcerers are a unit not fitting into any military rank and are often used as “special” support. Typically Sorcerers wear lightly plated Dragoon armor and use any weapon of their choice. Sorcerers are becoming more common as of late, the Dracoians see this as an omen of trying times to come but that remains to be seen.

The Merciless Hand
The Merciless Hand is the closest thing to organized crime in Dracious. This organization is not funded but allowed by the government. The Merciless Hand is an organization of space pirates made up vagabonds and outlaws from various nationalities, although a few Dracoains number amongst them. As long as the raid strictly non-republic ships or ships that don’t have some kind of positive connection with the Republic (trade, alliance, etc). And in return they are offered protection within Dracoian space. The Merciless hand pays a tithe to Dracious as well for their protection (but not hospitality). As the name implies this pirate “organization” attacks viciously and without mercy, sadly making this a powerful “aspect” of Dracious’ Space Navy when they see need to muster them.

The Black Company
The Black Company is an unofficial organization of military experiments gone wrong. Senior High Lord Liadon sought to create the ultimate warriors biologically altered to be perfect killing machines and unrivaled soldiers. The 3rd company of the Dracious was used for this experiment all where taken and Liadon made the government turn its gaze away. Liadon’s dream of enhanced super soldiers became a reality but the rest of his vane quest failed. The soldiers of the 3rd company where all transformed into 9 foot tall behemoths with amazing abilities, prowess of both body and mind but also crazed maniacs thirsty for blood who sometimes would display horrible mutations. These soldiers now called the Black Company because of the jet black armor they all bore bear a reputation of senseless violence, civilian causalities, destruction and mass murder. Strangely enough despite their mental state they still retain a “sense of loyalty” to Dracious and amongst themselves and can withhold their violence from each, when not in their blood lust no member of the black company has ever committed an act of violence against another member or citizen of Dracious without being ordered by a superior (at least they considered superior before their transformation) but even so their frenzy is great and the only thing they won’t harm in it is another member… most of the time. Also what startles many is while the members of the 3rd Company had no sorcerers amongst their numbers now many exist in the Black Company, more so than Dracious has. The Black Company now resides on Pragross a small insignificant planet very close to Dracious. Curiously the Black Company has developed its own culture, while Dracious is preservative the Black Company are industrial to an extreme and all consuming harvesting every available resource. The members of the Black Company wear hulking suits of black armor which covers all of body making them appear yet larger and deploy cruel weapons of many insidious designs also all of their gear is covered with spikes and horns giving them a evil appearance. The fate of these failed experiments remains unknown but their destructive capabilities is shocking, so much that even the warrior society of questions wheatear or not keeping them alive is ethnical. Rendered incapable of space travel these ill conceived outcast play no role in the affairs of the universe… for now.

Beast of Dracious

Wyvern
The national animal of Dracious is a ferocious hunter, with scales stronger than any steel, a jaw that can chomp with enough force to render armor ineffective, the strength to pick up a tank and toss it, and is also used in the Dracious military. Wyverns are bipedal creatures with two legs and two wings as arms. The wyvern has a horned head, vicious teeth that are very sharp but yet blunt making it more capable of shattering bone and crushing steel and razor talons that can shred through metal as easily as flesh. The average wyvern is over 50 feet long and usually weigh around 8 tons, and usually with a wingspan of about 70 feet. Wyverns are immensely powerful, literally able to lift up and throw a tank. A wyvern’s tail bears a stinger at the end; this contains a strong toxin that eats at nerve and organ tissue spreading through the body eating away at them from the inside. Wyverns have been and can be used as mounts, mostly being used as an officer’s mount or as a special one man unit. Although wyvern riders have been known to create wyvern calvarias. Wyverns all almost always captured in the wild, usually at a young age few being raised in captivity.

Battle Wyvern
The Battle Wyvern is a wyvern that through hundreds of years of selective breeding and some genetic altering have been turned into killing machines. Their hide is thick plates of carapace-like scales which can withstand great punishment and hardness rivals many advanced vehicles. Their strength is much greater than that of their smaller cousins so much that it is terrifying to behold. A Battle Wyvern averages around 65 feet in length and almost 9 tons with a massive wingspan of 90 feet. Important senior officers ride these fearsome beast into battle as well as the rare but very gifted rider that is granted to ride one.

Gulkhan
The gulkhan is a massive tusked beast that is utilized as a beast of burden. This colossal beast weighs a massive 40 tons. A very capable beast of burden, huge amounts of cargo can be loaded on one and despite their massive size and intimidating appearance are very following and docile. Another use of these herbivores is hulking gun platforms for guns that normally mounted or set-up. Gulkhans are large quadruped reptilian pachyderm with large tusk protruding from their lower jaw. In the extreme case Gulkhans can be pushed to violent levels or are simply already at that level.
