It was a long hot day off the coast of Arab-Canadian Cuban territiory Ali Jazila James Naval Research and Development Base. The sun mixed with the sweltering humidity made the hot tempture of 100 feel like 120 degress. It gave everyone rashes and chafing in places where it was hard to operate. It was truely a messrible time to work. But their where pay ofs to working in such places. The women in Cuba are far better looking then in the Arab-Canadian Homeland. Many of the sailors who worked in the area also had a second family. But aside from the women, the job had its perks as well. This base was the only one to be permitted to use top secret development technology to destory other ships.

The Current commanding Officer of the base who a former Submarine Captain who was taken off his sub and placed in the ranks of Admiral and given the base. He never liked the land jobs to much, he loved the ocean and all it wonders. But the reason he was placed in the command was that he developed the Anti-Submarine Sonar Torpedo. But even though he developed the idea he still denies ever having a hand in its creation. His name is Admiral Abu Eli Albenadaud and soon he was to begin testing of a new anti-torpedo system, one that would revolutionize the field of naval combat forever. It was small, very small but packed a major punch. And it was to be tested on a retired Naval Aircraft carrier. As the ships where prepared to be launched from dry dock they where laoded with the new weapons and inspected. It would soon be time...

As the workers worked their machines to get thier jobs done, a few men began to mutter amongst themselves about what kind of new weapons was being tested. Many of them had seen some crazy weapons, others have seen things that where almost unreal. But this time was different, this time no one except the gunners knew exactly what was being used.

" So whats the guess? Any idea what the hel is so secrective about this new weapon?" asked one of the workers as he moved a crate of live pigs in to a supply boat that would soon be loading the aircraft carrier.

" Pigs" one of the workers exclaimed as he read the side of the crate.

" Yea... cant figure out as to why pigs are being loaded on, It almost like the weapons isn't going to attack the vessel but the sailors. But then again they say the weapon is going to have a big punch. It make no sense." said another worker as he moved a second crate of pigs.

[ Five whole pay grades (if I understand that you refer to the OF-9 rank)? And from running a sub to running a base?

I'm smelling nepotism or an extremely small officer corps. ]

The ship filled with pigs was then set up for remote sailing and was sent out to sea. Many of the workers were glad to see the pigs going out... many people did not like pigs very much.

On the other side of the docks where the naval vessels who where implementing the new weapons where going through their final checklist before shipping oput to commence the test.

" Radio and secure Intranet connections?!?" yelled out one of the naval workers

" Check. and check. All systems are green. " Yelled back a lone sailor stationed in the deck

" Weapons control and targeting?" the worker yelled

" Check Weapons are gren for test." yelled back a naval gunner

The worker then started to walk off the ships deck and met up with the ships XO to report that the ship was Green for testing.

The XO nodded slightly and took the report from the workers hands and skimmed over it as he proceeded on to the deck. As he arrived to the deck a petty Officer yelled out- " XO on deck!" . As he finished his announcment he presented a salute and proceeded to follow the Xo to the command deck.

" Sir, all ship systams are green and we are ready to begin manuvers."

The XO nodded and gave the word to begin the test. With ease the ship began to move out of the habor and out into the open water, towards the test vessels who was now awaiting the attacking vessel to come into range.

It would be about an hour before they reached the test vessel and they needed to get the guns ready for the test.
