British Londinium

So, you've finally resolved to do it. Maybe it's the blenders. Or the imperialistic rampages. Perhaps you hate constitutional monarchies. Whatever the case maybe, you've decided to invade British Londinium. Here's the guide to destroying the entirety of the country as we know it.
First, a map for her pleasure:

Useful Geographic Data:
Climate - The climate of British Londinium is cold oceanic. The warm currents surrounding the island ensures generally higher temperatures than in most places of similar latitude in the world. The winters are mild (comparatively) and windy while the summers are damp and cool. Precipitation is frequent, with two-thirds of the year featuring either rain or heavy snow. There are some variations in the climate between different parts of the island. Generally speaking, the north coast is warmer than the south. On the whole, the temperature rarely dips below -10 C and rarely exceeds 23 C. Expect a lot of snow and rain, basically, and hope your troops like it cold.
Cities - All on the map. Kensington is the capital, and Argyll, Glascovia, Northolt, Devonport, St Andrews, and Montparnasse and major cities worth attacking.
Terrain - Rivers provide a pathway for enemy forces to reach the heart of British Londinium. Use them, especially the River Nabû-appla-iddina. At the same time, the Sabæan and Montaigne Mountains serve as spines for major parts of British Londinium; these mountains, with their harsh climate and relative inaccessibility, will become meccas of revolution in the event of an occupation.
Things you might know:
Beach Defences: The coasts of British Londinium are highly fortified and designed to repel enemy landings for as long as possible. In the "Pacific Wall" surrounding BL, a string of reinforced concrete pillboxes have been built along the beaches, or sometimes slightly inland, to house machine guns, antitank and antiair pieces, missile launchers, and artillery, composed of a variety of conventional and electromagnetic (railgun) artillery pieces. Minefields and antitank obstacles are planted on the beaches themselves, and underwater obstacles and mines were planted in the waters just off shore, in the hope of destroying enemy landing vessels.
Harbour/Littoral Defences: Dozens of sea forts, modelled after the British Maunsell Forts, guard Kensington Bay and other strategic ports. They are capable of floating, and are generally armed with around five sixteen inch guns and nine five inch guns, in addition to CIWS systems, torpedo launchers, and missile batteries.
Defensive Lines: Three defensive lines dominate the continent; going through Amalfi and Novoli, another through New Zürich, Dorylæum, and Tuscolo, and the third through Hillingdon and Glascovia. Each line is similar to the Pacific Wall dominating the coastline, with tank traps, missile batteries, artillery emplacements, and other weapons of destruction.
Things you do not know:
Saakashvili Repository: Located underneath Lake Chelsea is a massive repository of nonperishable food, capable of feeding around two billion for six months. Also, the Repository serves as the emergency seat of government during invasions and is several hundred feet underground, and maintained by half a legion of soldiers. [Note: The existence of this facility is known, but the precise location and the fact that it houses the government remains unknown.]
Emergency Military Maglevs - That's right. Every city on that map is connected by an underground maglev system, completely separate from its civilian counterpart.
Anti-ballistic systems: The Commonwealth derives the majority of its ABM defence through a series of orbiting hydrogen-fluoride lasers, each capable of taking down a missile every 3.5 seconds, in addition to conventional ground-to-air missile launchers. In a tactical sense, similar lasers are mounted on Airbus A380s to take out local missile launches.
Strengths
Army and Navy: These two branches of the military are the most powerful and the best-trained, though do not take this to mean that the air force is particularly weak. These two branches have numbers in the tens of millions, and, with the help of natural Londinian culture, all extremely disciplined, well-trained, and well-equipped.
Geography - The fact is that, as an island, defence is far easier for BL than it would be for a nation facing a ground attack. Also, BL's isolated location close to the Antarctic, coupled with powerful radar systems, allows BL to be aware of incoming armadas days before they even enter Londinian territorial waters.
Weaknesses
Minimal allies - With few exceptions, BL lacks significant allies, which precludes a major counteroffensive from Londinian allies.
Attack strategies/tips forthcoming. Comments are very much welcome.
