I have recently received a threatening reply from Bynamar, stating that if I continued my world peace campaign, I would be invaded. I do not think so. The Republic of Shiloba has positioned troops at all of it's borders, as well as artillery, and jets, ready to go. I do not want war, but at the same time, I am not going to stop my peace campaign. So be it if you invade me, it would be a waste of time. I do not see why any nations would support you in this.

I ask for aid, at a time like this, to ensure that I have my defenses good and ready. Our nation may have 173.000.000 but we only have about 2.300.000 troops. Here is our map:

We here in the VDB wish to take a neutral view on this topic until-and if said invasion occurs. If said invasion occurs, Vanek'ians troops will rush to the battlefield to defend Shiloba. Troops are being activated, as are ships and planes, as we speak, in case of said invasion.

hey bynamar this doesnt sound like a war u should get in. plus with the colonizing antartica. i really dont want to go to war with british londinium so we should stop colonization. you shouldnt be involved in 2 wars at once and ur just a new nation who is bloodthirsty. if u invade shiloba i will have to defend him unless u have a good reason.

I appreciate your support of the nation. We have a small, not very powerful fleet, west of the island, to block him from coming. We have only deployed 750.000 troops on the ground, and more coming. The nation expects to be hit hard.

The Republic Of Colstream wishes to give you a guarantee that if you are attacked, we will come to your aid. The Colstream Government does not tolerate aggressive nations and does anything to deter these situations against other nations. This situation is a petty one because your nation is only looking for world peace and this nation seems to want to spoil it. The Republic Of Colstream guarantees that won't happen.

Anyhow you're wrong. It doesn't matter. See that is just a guide. Unless a nation specifically states so they are assumed to have at least some military force. True he probably couldn't call up that many people but I'm sure he could at least call up 100,000. Also sometimes it take a while for the military budget issue to come around when you are democratic. The nation might not have had the opportunity. Not to mention he has a budget in law and order which could be used too. For example Fordock "Technically" has no law. Does that mean we are in a state of anarchy? No because you can't go off budgets if you can't directly set them and can only influence them by issues. They are just guidelines anyway. Specifically useful for people like you who have to have something to follow because they lack the creativity or skill to role play otherwise.

Exactly, as soon as the defense issue comes up, I will pounce on it. If there was a feature to adjust your budget settings, then I would pounce on defense also.
