NEWSWIRE: Due to sectarian violence in the Federational States colony of Tatomia the government of Federational States has took the unprecedented step of deloying 50,000 troops to keep and restore order in the colony.

After militants of the Tribal Liberation Army attacked a police station a gun battle insued between militiants, the Federational States army and rioting citizens. The Federational States army was left with no chice but to open fire 60 militants and 8 civilians died along with 2 Federational States troops.

NEWSWIRE: An uprising of pro-democracy and tribal terrorists was brutally put down in the capital and capital tribal districts today by 2,000 CFS Troops. The pro-democracy faction are appealing to all who can lend a hand to their cause. 54 militants and civilians died in the clashes. The Federational States parliement is now deciding what steps to take to extingusish the mutiny.

The parliment of Comonwealth of Federational States has passed article 217 to impose martial law in the colony of Tatomia untill the current crisis is over. The floowinmg shall apply:

-All citizens guilty of a crime under Tatomian law can be tried and sentenced by military tribunal.

-Internment of all tribal militants and potentials to authorised areas.

-Control of governemnt delegated to Gen. Eduardo Cortes.

-All soldiers have power of arrest.

-No more than 3 persons at any gathering.

-All looters to be shot on site.

-All rioters to be dispersed on site therafter arested or shot if persistant (applies to capital only).

-Weapons amnesty: all who hand over weapons voluntarily shall be free from prosecution for such.

NEWSWIRE: To combat the uprising in the capital CFS forces have set up picket lines around the city and have taken control of all major government buildings. Sporadic gun battles are still taking place around the capital but the army are slowly clearing all buildings occupied by the DEMOCRATIC LIBERATION FRONT.

NEWSWIRE: Large numbers of DLF fighter have begun to surrender to the CFS army and are being traeted well. The CFS are now preparig for one final DLF stand.

NEWSWIRE: At 9.00 this morning Gen. Eduardo Cortes accepted the surrender of the Demorcatic Liberation Front and so all hostilities in the capital have ceased. The leader of the rebellion has been senttenced to hang along with several Tatomian Defence force officers who whall be shot for mutiny.

I am pleased to announce that the Tatomian Emergency is at an end, order and prosperity are restored and article 217 is hereby revoked. Tatomia howver shall be subject to direct rule from CFS and the military operations against the tribal factions in the east shall continue untill we reach a staisfactory conclusion.
