Because of the nature of my operations, my needs will vary greatly from month to month, but currently we need small arms, and we prefer Warsaw Pact designs. I am also in need of a small fleet of small attack craft that could conceivably strike at merchant shipping or perform close support for small amphibious operations. To compensate for our changing needs, we will pay a $10 million annual retainer to your arms manufactures.
We are also in need of a new base, and we were wondering if we could purchase an unused airport of airbase. Also if any of your population has military experience and seeks employment that pays well and involves travel, we would like to extend offers to them.

the Nomadic Templars of Shakuras are not a technologically advanced country, nor have we need for such things, therefore we limit our order to 1200 AN-94 and 6000 M1 Carbines, 2400 Mosin-Nagant rifles and 60 RPG Launchers in exchange we will pay you with 800 rare Argus crystals, worth 15000 standard dollars each
