Call to the Arab World
President Ahmed al-Bitar delivered a radio address, asking sincerely "We have been too long divided, the Arab World must unite, it must unite so that it can be strong and respected, all Arab delegations and leaders, I invite you to the land of the two rivers, so that we may discuss efforts to improve relations among all Arab countries and even move into a Federation within time. Come to Basra, on October 1, and we will discuss this matter, we have been to concerned with religion and other matters, not enough on our own blood, our blood does not make us Sunni or Shia, our blood does not make us Christian, these are cultural, and vital to us, yes, but our blood makes us Arab, and it is the blood that binds us as brothers that must be preserved, as we cease all actions of taking the sword against fellow Arabs."

All Non-Ba'ath Politics Outlawed
Today, President Ahmed al-Bitar declared the beginnings of vast changes to the political systems of our great homeland. Declaring the goals of "Unity, Freedom, Socialism", Ahmed al-Bitar has announced the banning of all non-Ba'ath political activity.

Women's Rights an Issue
Our Leader, President Ahmed al-Bitar has announced Women's Rights was one of the foremost issues in the country, promising to improve the rights of the Women of the country.

Healthcare and Education Top Priorities
Vice President Yahya ibn Khalid delivered a keynote address, saying that the top priorities of the Arab Socialist Revolution is developing Healthcare and Education systems, promising to rid the country of all preventable diseases and to achieve total literacy by the end of the current 7-year plan.
