After the fall of a previous nation, refugees formed a new country. Under the guidance of a lone individual, the Night Haunter, Our glorious nation has risen.

Ashes formed into the great nation now known as Nostramo Prime. However, high crime levels have forced the government to adopt a militaristic position, where groups of civilians have rebelled against this so called 'totalirian dictatorship'. The military stand firm in their decision to use a shoot-to-kill policy on this traitors, and as I speak secret officials are removing the leaders of these vigilantes.

However, our military seems to be unable to control the situation, and we are requesting international aid.
These totally unprovoked riots must be quelled, and if the population does not cease, I may have to utilise the Night Haunter.
