In today's society, the political world and economic world often blur into a scewed linear existence. Where rules are bent or even broken, where morality and ethics are laid to the side by the onet of money and greed. Powerful corporations pocket political might as well as collecting monetary wealth. Often , political leaders are intimidated, bought, or promised. Wealth and power as well as the freedom from reprisal allow these groups to dwell deeper into society.

At the same time, the governments of various nations find their political moves to be economically motivated, the search for resources and such. To safeguard their interests and economic interests. During an economic summit held in Kulikovia, a world leader is assasinated and sparks international tensions. A highly secretive operational arm of Kulikovia's MFS is set up and take the blame. Now, outside agencies track and hunt them down across the world. The surviving members struggle to connect the dots and clear their names in a world where they are alone with few allies and even more traitors and turncoats. As they search for answers, they uncover alterior motives that led to the assasination. Will they clear their name? Will the authorities find them before a powerful organization does? What are their alterior motives?

Basically, We will need a national leader from an interested nation to be assasinated, sparking tensions and a joint search for the culprits. This secret team, a part of Kulikovi'as experimental "Red Cell" program are set up for the murder. The Kulikovian authorities want to capture them to appease the other government and destroy them before their true purpose is revealed. All the while, they are being hunted by another organization.
