I should clarify OOCly that I'm not interested in nukes. Bio/chem weapons are fine, but even then I don't plan on doing much with them. I'm interested in basic hardware.

It is debatable as to whether the ongoing Genocide is enough to break the iron law of sovereignty but surely you need not give a Genocidal power more money. Specifically one that just sends armed squads through the countryside to round up political opponents and shoot them and leave them on the street. The nations of the world could at least have the courtesy to those who are suffering not to help the cruel nation which has started it. We ask that all nations boycott all Waupacaian products or at the very least not sell them weapons with which to murder civilians.

At this time we have approxemetly one thousand MCA-3N series main battle tanks undergoing stand down preparations for sale to civillian customers. The process is in it's very early stages as the MCA-3Ns in storage are just now being decommissioned and are outdated by our satrict standards. However we still use the MCA-3 series as a main battle tank and we would be willing to discuss upgrading a number of the N series to meet your needs, with a price negotiable within the confines of what upgrades need to be done. We have a large number of upgrade possibilities avalible due to still keeping the MCA-3 series in production, and it's lighter weight then many contemporary main battle tanks, of 45 tonnes, might just be perfect for your terrain.
