Northern Xanadou.

523 million People, on the move. It was the Largest Horde on earth. This was The Steppe Empire, The Second of The Three Diadochi States, along with The Ryou Black Islands and The Willhelm-Hatarian Empire. But unlike the two nations, The People of The Steppes were without a homeland, and they were looking for one, one with out any Wanderjarians or any other people.

Queen Basi looked on as her people, the last of The Hatarians, Homo Lupus, on their way to find a new Land to call their own. Basi wanted to show the world that The Steppe Empire would raise The Hatarians back on to the world, not The Ryous, not The Willhelmboughians, but the People of The Steppes would soon rule in a New Empire.

It would be soon.

Basi was soon rideing on her horse with Sarmaria, her sister. "Seems like it is snowing early." Sarmaria said, as it was snowing. "It does in the Northern Reaches of Xanadou." Basi said, "This used to be the Northern Part of The Hatarian Empire."

The Two Continue rideing when three horses came up to them. These were Basi's Amazon Guard. "Your Majstey," Capitan Maris Mongsu said, "You are rideing to fast for us." Basi looked at Maris, "and you should know who is the Queen and who isn't." she said. "Sorry," Maris said, "Forgive my Impudence."

The Group soon came to a river, this was the River Jabim.

They would soom make camp here.

Sarmaria was panning in The Jabim River, looking for gold. It was a hobby of hers.

Panning was a Type of mining in a river, done by the 49ers of America in 1849to the 1850s in what was called a Gold Rush. Sarmaria had been doing it since The late Empress Serena of Hataria found her and Basi. Sarmaria liked finding gold.

But today, she was finding some type of Blue Clay, one she knew well. The Blue Clay was nothing more then SILVER!

Sarmaria had found Silver in The Jabim River.

Fordock back and agrees with British Londinium and disagrees with any nation that would willingly associate with Barbarian scum such as the Ryou. Why do you not settle down and grow more civilized? It is no good to wander the land and tromp the crops. You are but a wandering plague of locust's and parasites feasting off of others work.

OOC: I do believe the point of this is to find these people a homeland so they don't wander. And that cluttering it with declarations of hate is pretty useless since it doesn't actually fit into the topic at all, so it should just not be done here. But that's my take on it.

And good luck with this Hataria. I'm not interested in this RP as an RP, but good luck pulling it off amid the spam of "We declare war on you" that you're likely to get because people can't seem to keep things on topic.

"Silver," Basi said again. after The Blue Clay was Smelted, it was found out to be Silver Ore. Sarmaria was smileing, happy for finding something that was better then gold to The Steppe Empire.

Silver was of Value to the people of The Steppes for Jewelry, Armor decoration and as a Trade item. since this was a big find, The Steppe Empire had silver and a claim to it.

and Basi decided that this area would be part of a New Homeland.

"Capitan Maris," She said, "Send ten Scouts to expore the land and I want to know more about the area."

Basi was stakeing a claim.

Basi and Sarmaria were still beening watch by unseen eyes and one false move by them and those eyes would report back and Basi would see him again

The Scouts were sent through out a area of 13,000,000 Sq miles of Steppe and Forest, even went though the Xanadou Cool Rain Forest and the Kalbai Mountains. They Panned the rivers and found gold and silver, this was a area rich in metals. This was good when they reported back to Basi.

She soon decided to claim all 13,000,000 Square miles from the Northeastern Coast to The Northwestern Coast with part of the southern border was near Magic Sorcery, were now part of the Steppe People's New Homeland, which was called "Hyperborea Laurasia." (Russian: Гиперборея Laurasia, Hatarian: Hyboria Lansiahi) or Hyboria for short.

This was the new homeland of the Steppe Empire.

The Hyperborians were building up small towns of wood and stone, for starters. The Steppe Empire would grow into a modern Nation. Soon, The Steppe Empire would start expanding and make sure that The Hatarian Legacy would live on forever.

Basi had changed the Steppe Empire for the better. For with the threat of the barbarian Fordockians, the Hyberborians had to have a powerful Army to make sure that the Fordockians would never dare attack Hyberboria Laurasia.

when it was nomadic, The whole peoples of the Steppe Empire was in fact one LARGE Army. This wourld be the same for the new nation. All Hyperborian Childern at age 7 were to be trained to be warriors at schools. These childern would be trained to fight for their nation and Queen.

The Army it self would be at 100,000,000 Warriors of many types from Footsoldiers to Calvary. The rest of the people would be Civilians Trained to fight when call apon to help the army.

We wish to expand our Nuclear and Hydroelectricity Power Plants into your nation. Due to the nomadic nature of your peoples we have a specially desgined system which will have power outlet 'booths' sort of like telephone booths. There will, of course, be the power plants. Should you wish to not have Nuclear Power and/or Hydroelectricity plants in your nation we shall not build them. We shall purchase plots of land on which to build Power Plants or not if you should decline our offer. There will be many power lines going from the plants to specific outlet booths in which your people can plug in any appliance they want and pay for the energy as they use it. This will work as long as there are holes in the prongs of appliances. Pricing as well as enviromental effects can be negotiated.
