Miguel Hernandez paced up and down his office, the new confederacy offered mejico everything he wanted, the confederate senate had two men from every region and the confederate parliament had seats according to population, giving the islands the landslide in control. with over 400 million on the island of Mokastana alone, plus another 100 million on the surrounding islands they easily had the population to take any victory in confederate debates. the Mejico region had about 250 million or so people living in it. It was bad enough that the Mokans dangled sovereignty in front of his nations eyes. he would go to war, but he knew the other regions would join the islands and defeat him. No he need to win politically, in the parliament of the confederacy, he needed people living in Mejico. Lots of people and immigration was legal according to the confederate govermnet
