The "Run on the Sun" (ROS) project, is Shiloba's newest invention. It will take solar power to it's limits. We are currently working on developing a low cost car, with zero emissions, that is even built with environmentally friendly materials, but we need it to be tough, fast, and most of all safe. So for about one month Shiloba's President Amdar, and other government officials, plus the nation's top environmentalists have been brainstorming this project. Here are the car's stats:

While the Federation of Caelapes is concerned about the safety of this vehicle and does not wish to acquire any for public road use, the Federal Cabinet would like to purchase 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) of these vehicles for use on government campuses and limited-access areas in which a normal automobile would be impractical or unnecessary.
