Also, this is purely my opinion, but I think that nations would not be quite so open with the idea of exchanging embassies with nations with whom they have very little in common, especially after such a large conflict. I would like to see less pleasant relations than general NS in this RP, anyone else?)

Greetings, the United Arab States wish to discuss the establishment of a Sufi state. Being that your borders hold the largest number of Sufis out of any other established nation, and being that these people have been oppressed and without a homeland for centuries, we believe a sattelite nation should be created for them to govern under your supervision. This Sufistan would encompass all lands in you nation that have a Sufi majority. After polls are conducted to make sure this would be a favorable change, these lands would be handed over to a provisional government with Caucausian represenatives involved in the legislature. Next, we would bring the lands southeast of your borders that also have a Sufi majority under the guidance of Sufistan. This is providing these free peoples wish to be governed by an established nation. Would the great Republic of Caucausia be interested in such politics?

We would like to ensure you that our interest in Sufism is completely innocent and is in no way aimed at harming your fine nation. Rather, as the UAS continues to expand in the Middle East, we must appear kind and benevolent to all Muslims, not just practitioners of Greater Islam. By creating a Sufistan, you will raise national happiness, do away with religious fanatics who we are aware you are not fond of, and will make your nation appear to be a generous and loving as well.

As for what should be done, we suggest the creation of a Sufi sattelite state, with loyalities to the Republic of Caucausia.

The Caucasian government will entertain plans to an autonomous territory for the Sufis. However, Caucausia will not allow a Sufi stste with control of its own foreign affairs.
