As a part of modernizing Burlovia´s nuclear, chemical and biological weapons stockpiles, the government has decided to sell weapons. If the selling turns out profitable, the government may consider producing them more to nations in need. No weapon will be sold to a nation with less than 100 million population or less than 10 posts. We will sell you ten Cracker warheads for 400 million dollars. The weapons will be delievered to you by a transport helicopter to any location you want. For you to know, we are able to construct weapons cheaper due to low material and work costs, and mostly due to our research in military aspects.

OOC: I rechecked some warhead prices, and I tripled them. Though they are still fair priced. You will get your crackers with the 400 million dollars, I´ll take the loss from my government´s wages :P

There is no international laws conserning about selling nuclear and other MD weaponry. However, for some nations it might be a moral problem, but our nation sees no problem in that. We are happy to do business with any state that we see fit to possess WMD.

((OOC: how on earth did you get nukes..... also please dont sell a 20 mt nuke such a nuke is very large and surely overkill. Also 1 0.5mt nuke is enough to take out a large city. A tactical nuke is 0.01 mt))

OOC: That was an IC advertisement, dude. He can say pretty much whatever he likes when trying to sell something... it's the buyers decision of whether to believe it.

The consept of a tactical warhead may differ, this is maybe from the larger end.
OOC: The ABM costs a total of 1 million dollars. Currently the US is designing a STEALTH missile that costs 400 000$ ea. So paying over double that should require that the missile really is good. And when the cost is that high, you really can´t buy so much that nobody could nuke you.

My population is 460 million. My defence budget is over a trillion $. With that kind of resources I should be able to build a heck of nukes. What do you think I bulldoze my forests for? :p
OOC: Another comparing. Russia owns currently almost 17000 nukes. Their economy isn´t even at the stage where Portugal is now. And they have a population of 150 million. Almost any nation in NS can build a nuke, it´s just if they want to.
