His Eminence Villemus has opened up Chambuka's borders for the first time to foreign embassies.

At the behest of Villemus there shall be no aircraft within the limits of St Augustines Square. There is also limit of 30 military personal allowed in each embassy.

The Chambuk government has the power to evict any embassy with 12 hours notice.
