Greetings from the great desert of Francopolis Prime. We at the Umbra Corporatum are contacting you because we feel the business deals you are offering could be favorable to our enterprise. However, before negotiating we would like to know the following conditions:
- How profitable has your enterprise been in recent 12, 24, and 48 month timespans?
- What is the price per acre?
- Is land all that is provided or is equipment and manpower thrown in as well?
Please respond at your earliest convenience.
RE: Umbra corporatum representitive #244
Thank you for your intrest. Attatched is a record of our profit statements. Currently we aren't selling acers for a price but we are offering shares at $1.20 per acer (Limit 100 acers per customer) As for manpower, because of the readiness of Kuronans we strongly encourage outside corperations to hire Kuronan Workers. As a business you are still entitled to a large share of the final profits. Kurona has a ban on automobiles thus all labor is manual and old fassioned.

RE: Business offer
Well, your profits appear good, and a stake in this business would surely be a moneymaker for the corporatum. as well, your ban on heavy industry works well for us, seeing as how hiring workers there will cost far less than automating the process. Put us down for the maximum amount allowed (100 acres). Should the need arise we will contact you about further business plans.
Best regards,
The office of the Corporatum
Thank you, it's been a pleasure doing business with you. Your Share has been plotted and we look forward to further dealings with you in the future.
Thank you,
