IC:
For years, the nation of Horizon Island has been dormant in the international community. As it emerges from this sleep, it has an offer for other nations.

With the Royal Horizon Army upgrading from the M1A3 SEP to the Leopard 2A6 main battle tank, it has sold many of it's SEP's to the nation's national guard. And in turn, the national guard is sending their stock of M1A1 Abrams (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1_Abrams) tanks to surplus.

Government Surplus Sales has been authorized to sell the entire stock of 250,000 active Abrams to foreign military forces. The Horizon Department of National Defence has determined that the tanks do not contain any classified or specialized technology. However, as they are active main battle tanks, only government agencies will be allowed to purchase the Abrams. The sale price per lot (1 Tank) is $1,350,000.

A further stock of demilitarized Abrams will be made available for civil agencies such as law enforcement. These 5,600 tanks have had their turrets removed and have been certified demilitarized.

GSS Inc is not responsible for the tanks and any misuse once they leave our possession.
