After 87 years of continued violence and killing, a new era has begun in Boico, Nuclear weapons are being disposed of in maximum security vaults. All other weapons are now banned in Boico. Only the army is allowed weapons now, and even the army has been downsised from 65,896,000 to only 3000. Boico will not ingage in any acts of violence from now on unless Boico itself is attacked.

After hearing of your nations desire to dispose of it's nuclear arsenal, and civilian weaponry, we have decided that it would be of benefit to both our nations to take these now illegal weapons. We will not only pay for the shipping costs of taking all of these weapons out of your fine nation, but will pay a sum of 250 Million dollars for said weapons. These weapons will be broken up and used for spare parts inside our borders, their existance will no longer harm humanity.
