Lord Sumguy looked around as he walked up to the podium outside of the Hegemony Headquarters. News agencies from all around the world had been informed, and he was not looking forward to the Q&A session that would occur after his speech. He turned on the microphone and began to speak:

"Brotherhood between nations, such as we have created in the entity that is the Hegemony, is indeed a glorious thing. That nations can put aside their differences and unite under a single banner of mutual friendship and goodwill is a great sign of hope for the future of humanity. However, when one such nation should act in a manner that endangers those whom they have allied themselves with, or when a nation acts against the goals and ideals of the alliance to which it belongs, the brotherhood and unity of such an alliance is comprimised, and a state of instability, danger, and mistrust is created. In the interest of any such federation as a whole, such situations must be avoided or countered through any means neccesary.

Therefore, I must regretfully announce the expulsion of the nations of Cazelia and North Calaveras from the Hegemony, effective immediately. The former shall be expelled due to their overly aggressive foreign policy and the endangerment of the Hegemony that has come from their warmongering, the latter for the blatant breach of the civil and political rights of their citizens, and the resulting oppresion of their populace. The actions of both nations are in direct conflict with the purpose and aims of this federation.

All Hegemony-controlled property and assets within these nations will be surrendered, and all Hegemony military forces will be withdrawn from their territory. Funding for the ongoing efforts to restore the North Calaveran homeland to a habitible state will continue, and both nations remain eligible for Hegemony humanitarian aid services.

The decision to expel these two nations was made by myself and the Vice-Hegemon, and as such may be overruled by a vote in the Hegemony Council. I pray that one day we may welcome Cazelia and North Calaveras back into the Hegemony, but for now it would seem that cannot be."

The speech ended, and Lord Sumguy remained on the podium. "at this time I am willing to take questions from the press."

OOC: sorry guys, but you have become a liability and a danger to the rest of us. If you fix the issues LS addresed, you may be allowed to rejoin.

Open Declaration:

I applaud this latest decision of the Hegemony. Neither Cazelia nor North Calaveras are responsible members of the international community, and do not deserve protection by the fine nations comprising to the Hegemony.

Along with Hegemonic nations, the Commonwealth will be watching these former conquests closely, and monitoring each's foreign and domestic policy actions.

"No, they were not. Unfortunately, the Hegemony Council can take quite a long time to make a decision, and i beleived that quick action needed to be taken. This was a decision I made along with the Vice-Hegemon, and that is why I stated that the Hegemony Council may negate it if they should so choose. Next question, the man from Greal."

I know, I would just think an alliance like the Hegemony would have one. I have applied to join as well.

"Heavens no, I doubt either nation would ever do such a thing. I honestly have no idea what these nations will do, and can only hope that they will abandon the actions and ways that caused their expulsions."

A NC ambassador from the communist party arrive and enterd with an upset face. while walking in Natalia said " This is ridiculas!"

IC: "I would be more than willing to discuss this matter with you in private, my good madam." Lord Sumguy said as he walked over to the man, hoping the ambassador would not cause a scene of some sort. "Shall we?" He otioned towards a door leading into the building.

The Tyrannical Mandalorian Empire would like to remind any foolish nation planning on Cazelia to reconsider their actions. Cazelia is a vassal of the Tyrannical Mandalorian Empire and any attack on them will be responded in kind by Mandalorian forces. Let this be a warning to those who wish to harm the stability of the Mandalorian Empire.

They entered a room with two chairs and a table, Lord Sumguy sat down. "Now, why exactly do you think this is so ridiculous?"

She sat down " We have been a peacful nation, and didnt confront you when you refused to help us against BL, you know we would never try to jeoprodize the alliance, you were there when the BL ambassador informed us of the nuclear strike"

"Aye, and I joined the resulting Anti-BL coalition, which only refrained from invading the nation because the Londinians surrendered. I realize that your nation held no ill will towards the rest of us, but your aggresive promotion of communism and methods thereof have made us many uneeded enemies. This is not however, why you were expelled. Your nation has been expeled for nothin less that opresion of your citizens, and denial of their civil and political liberties, in direct conflict with the mission of the Hegemony."

" Comrade Sumguy, there are no political opressions, the resulting members are just sent to SOL countrys, i have not heard of oppression of civil libertys."

Natalia informd him " Sumguy, we resented the statement, we annouced that we would allow partys, there are just no more members for them to run."

"Then what do you call the banning of political parties? I say that is oppresion."

"How convenient." The Hegemon said, disbeleif evident in his voice. They expect me to beleive that all candidates for other political parties just dissappeared? "I shall review your nation's current policies, and ponder the possible re-admittance of North Calaveras to the Hegemony. In the meantime, i suggest you decide whether your nation is willing to put the goals of the Hegemony before it's own devotion to spread communism. Do you have anything else to say, or are we finished here?"

Natalia " No comrade, im not finished. Communism comes before all, we must make a 100% communist state. The sooner this is accomplished, the more we can focus on our devotion to the alliance.

Natilia " We just want no one poking there nose into our country, and we will do the same to others. I ask you to accept us back, you may even present speacial terms against us.

"If you put your nation before the alliance, and your ideals before the alliance's, how can you expect us not to expell you when you when they conflict?"

Natalia waited for Sumguys response.

Natilia " We just want no one poking there nose into our country, and we will do the same to others. I ask you to accept us back, you may even present speacial terms against us.

"I will consider it, although, i beleive your plea may be moot soon, for there is a great change about to take place, and the Hegemony will pale in importance as a new power rises, greater by far than any we have ever been a part of." The Hegemon said, a gleam in his eye, as if he was seeing some sort of grand vision. "Prepare for turbulent times. Soon we will all be forced to unite, communist and capitalist, monarchy and democracy, or fall to the evils that now dominate this world, so that we may create a new order, and bring the earth into a new golden age."

Natalia said in russian, as to try to prevent others from understanding. " What problems comrade?"

Natalia, seeing the confusion in Sumguys face " What problems comrade?"

OOC: LS doesnt speak russian. He speaks English, Gaelic, and native Sumguaian.

Natalia " So this change come soon, yes?

"Envy, Jealousy, Fear, unwillingness to change, old hatreds and grudges, but i shall say no more, for i am but a single part of the triumvirate behind the coming change."

(Yeah but there is more power than a triumvirate. Surely I'm at least a secondary leader in "The coming Change?" )

Natalie became discomforted at his silence " What is going to happen comrade Sumguy?

(Eh but I physically have secondary power as I am the immediate subordinate for the most part of one of the three.)

Natalie became discomforted at his silence " What is going to happen comrade Sumguy?

"I cannot say, for at the moment it must remain unknown to you and many others. Just know that when it does happen, few indeed will fail to notice."

OOC: he's not going to give away anything more, so you'll just have to wait to find out.

She straightend up " Very well, i will not talk about this conversation to others, I will be back in a few days, i cannot say when: She leaned up to whisper in his ear, this time purposly speaking in russian: We will kill them all...: she got up and left the room.

Lord Sumguy did not understand what she said, and therefore responded in his own language, which would be equally cryptic to her. "With nations such as yours as a lever, I shall move the world." As she left, so did he, driving to the palace to spend time with his family.
