Shai, Ryou Black Islands.

Rei had something planned, and it was not a war. The Maoist Leader of the People's Republic of The Ryou Black Islands was planning a Diplomatic Trip to a few Nations around the world to help make friends for The Small Communist nation.

The First leg of The Trip would be to Kurona, a Ally. This would be a vist to help to make the alliance and friendship between the two Nations stronger

the other Nation that would be visted was Latin Byzantines, who Rei wanted to vist to make a Trade treaty with.

Rei with her friends, Grand Admiral Ryou and Grand General Askura soon boarded the Armed Cargo Ship Devil's Promenade, which was also a Pirate Ship, whos Capitan, Manisyu Kanna, was called a Hero of the Far Echo Islands War just for hunting down enemy cargo ships and Oil Tankers.

"We are read Miss Premier." Kanna said with a Smile, Kanna was a red head female, 7 feet tall and was very stong. "Good" Rei said as the Devil's Promenade started off for Kurona

Yuko was the acting Princess. She had fully authority while Tomoyo was away on her Honeymoon. "This just arrived for you ma'am."

Kurona Welcomes you to dock up and come to Sonomi. A private carriage shall escorte you.

The Devil's Promenade

Rei was on the deck watching the sky. ever since her own younger brother, Barbarossa II of Hataria, was murdered by The evil Wanderjarians and their alliance of scum, she wanted to make sure that they payed in blood for what they did. She remembered that day, The enemy attacked with Assassins, her brother, just a 12 year old, in a pool of blood, Ryou Warriors helpping her to a junk as the Ryou Tribe left for The Islands and life.

She had heard of Basi's Empire in Northern Xanadou and the Larger Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire, but they were not true to what Serena, Rei's own Mother had for a Empire, nor did the late Sakura Tokonarua's Empire was like Hataria.

Rei's People's Republic was to be what Hataria was, a Great nation. That was why she was going around the world, to help restart a lost age.

For a Return of the Past.

"Have they departed?" asked Yuko.

"Your Highness, The Navy is calling in for some rough seas they may encounter a storm or two."

"That will make them late." Yuko said.

Sure enough the The Devil's Promenade did encounter some rough weather. High seas wind rain and lighting. Xanadou was notirous for it's storms at sea

The Devil's Promenade did meet with the large Storm, but their was one thing Ryous were known for............sailing in storms.

The Ship, being a Large Super Tanker that was turned into a Cargo Ship, then into a Armed Pirate Ship, was strongly Built and sailled good. The Pirates were in fact on deck while it was Storming.

Grand General Askua, on the other hand, was seasick

"Yeah? I was born in a pretty bad storm my self. Not at sea in the country. A flood washed out the road. Well anyway you have a nice night Milady. It's an honor to sail for you."

OOC- How can you have pirates? They specifically attack all structures and are illegal and basically make your government illegitimate. Not to mention they would kill and rob you. You might have buccaneers which are pirates who won't attack a certain nationality. Or more likely it is just a government ship you have yourself.

which was right, Kanna was one of the Best Pirates in Xanadou, being from China when it was part of the Hatarian Empire, Kanna was near the bow, Smileing as if the Storm was a joke.

Kikuko went out to the bow holding a lantern in one hand and keeping her rain hat down on the other. "Captain?" She was confused

The Devil's Promenade was soon out of the storm and headed for Kurona.

The Pirates stopped and pulled the sheet off, showing a Large Statue of Tomoyo, made of Iron and over 200 feet high.

"Oh my." She went bugged eyed. "Look this is a very kind gesture but Tomoyo would never approve of such a statue. She feels it's a product of a dictatorship. It's very kind of you, but we may have to appropriate it for other uses." She bowed. "Please do not take offense."

The Ryous soon started off for their next vist, The nation of Latin Byzantines. The Devil's Promenade soon set sail for LB.

The Devil's Promenade Continued on it's way to Latin Byzantines, The Ship was ready for anything The Xanadou Sea would throw at it.

Kanna was a able Capitan and the best Pirate known in The Ryou Black Islands so she knew what The Seas could do.

Asuka was sea sick............Again while Ryu was reading a book and Rei was writeing a Speech for when she came to LB.

all in all, everything was fine.

The Devil's Promenade Soon came in sight of land, namely Latin Byzantines. Kanna sat on the Throne like chair on the Bridge of the Ship. She soon sent a Crewmember to tell Rei that they reached LB

"Good," Rei said, "Send a Message to tell the Latin Byzantines that we are here."

a Hawk was soon sent with a Message on it's leg to give to The Harbor Master on LB.

The harbour master, a middle aged man who was of the middle class recieved the signal from the Devil's Promenade, he was a bit surprised to see a hawk bearing the signal but to him it did not matter, a signal by any other name is still a signal he thought, and so he allowed them to enter the somewhat clogged harbor. When the ship's occupants came out, they were greeted by passersby who were just working away as they did during the day. This city was not the capital of Latin Byzantines....for that was the massive city of New Constantinople where Monarchy and Parliamentarianism made their homes. To get there, Rei and her envoy would have to get transport there, to the city in which politicians did not expect a visit from a foreign nation's envoy.

When Rei's chariot pulled into New Constantinople, people gazed upon it, not knowing who would be having rhinos pulling a chariot through the streets of the city that had been their capital for centuries. Local authorities kept an eye on it, making sure it did not disrupt people heading to work or where they might be heading. Rei soon found herself at the Foreign Office, a massive building that Latin Byzantines' government used to deal with everything diplomatic. Rei was greeted by employees of the F.O, who led her to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Henry Harper.

Henry Harper had just been recently appointed as the Foreign Minister after the previous one retired. He was surprised to see he would have his first meeting....with the leader of a nation he could not recall knowing. Henry offered Rei a seat at a table and introduced himself calmly, as if he had done it so often before.

"My name is Henry Harper, Foreign Minister of Latin Byzantines. I assume you are here to discuss diplomacy."

After he said this, a beautiful young woman came over and gave Henry some papers before leaving, she was Henry's secretary and she was quite hard working. "Now, shall we begin our meeting?"

Suddenly, a Page came in and gave Rei a Paper, which she signed and the page ran back to the ship. "Sorry about that," Rei said, "that was something from back home. But I am going to take a tour of your lovely Nation."

Back on the ship, Ryu and Asuka soon got on a heilcopter that had came to pick them up to take them back to The Ryou Black Islands, mainly Because a war had started between The Ryou and a Small Nation called Albalast.
